I just wanted to let people know that I'm here, but not posting because I don't post until I'm familiar with a case. I am one of those "know the answers before you ask the questions" type of people. I should have been a lawyer. :innocent:

But I AM here and though I've been very tight on time, should have time to catch up later tonight. It hasn't been long since I was a 13 year old girl, so I wanted to look at this one. I'm sure there are several others who are reading and not posting as well.

And the last person and or persons to see her to our knowledge was Mom BF and possibly Dad's Girlfriend....

I do not understand why the girl she was supposed to stay the night with did not call the house asking for her at some point ?

I am in agreement with most everyone here that she did not runaway. I would also think by now that she would have attempted contact with someone, and if her friends knew anything they would have came forward by now..... all moo

I want to know WHO decided that Hailey was a runaway ? Is it just because there is no evidence leading to an abduction ? Or is it people they have talked to, I just don't get it .

I have looked at her MS and her FB and I am not getting a runaway feeling here, just not.
Where is LE's indication of a runaway ...

I mean if she was walking down the road and abducted what are they expecting to find if it happens where no one sees ?

Or if she was offered a ride and she gets into someones car,wether someone she knows or doesnt, the silence is deafing....

Please, fellow sleuthers. Let's help find this baby... She lives in the small town I consider home... I enjoyed raising my children in Colorado City, TX. My daughter still lives there and just mentioned this today. Here is the link to the local paper... it may only be printed weekly.

OK, quick update. KTXS from Abilene will be covering the prayer vigil at 7:30 thanks to redcat and her early morning e-mail to them. I sent e-mails and left messages with several other TV stations in surrounding towns where I couldnt get ahold of someone. I was able to talk to people at CBS7 in Midland and KMAC in Lubbock. While they will not be able to get here tonight with such short notice, they both want to do an interview with Billie and get the word out about Hailey. I emailed some information and links to KMAC, and they said that they could possibly get something on the air tonight. Best of all, KMAC has an affiliation with CNN, and said that they would share all information with them.

Runaway at 13? Her FB is very telling. But, what does make me weary is where she lived... the housing/projects and a major interstate are within a few blocks.

BBM. That's something I'd like clarified if anyone has a definite answer.

Was it ever confirmed that there was a planned sleepover that night or did that info come from the BF who claims that Hailey mentioned a sleepover? TIA.
