I am going to now CREATE a detailed map to share with Sex Offender information. I am not sure if it has been done, but if so my guess is it is buried back on one of the other threads. Give me a few to complete.

Not to quote myself - but it looks like he was just released from Prison for raping a child age 14? Just registered in CO city about 5 days prior to HD going missing! :waitasec: Am I reading this correctly, just noticed this as I was working on the map:

I have no recollection what I did the day after Christmas, or what my son did on the following Monday. I KNOW for sure that I no way in heck would go out to return a gift or hit sales. I don't do Black Friday either. Kids were probably in and out of here all day. I couldn't name who all and what times if my life depended on it, as it's a constant thing.

Have RSO's definitively been ruled out?

Also, did CD ever live at the 1143 Chestnut Street address that is mentioned in this article?

The reason I'm asking (and maybe this has already been discussed) is that there is an RSO who lives directly across the street from this address. I am curious to know if that person has been thoroughly investigated, since I feel that it is possible that they may have resided there at the same time that CD resided at the above address, if he did indeed reside there. He may have had contact with Hailey, if that were the case.

All I know for sure is police are running parallel investigations. The criminal track IMO would include sex offenders. That has also been discussed a tad in the media.

Exactly! I get what everyone's talking about with "plans". Not necessarily the day after Xmas. BUT - Xmas is THE biggest holiday of the year. Families get together. We have heard nothing about what Xmas was like for this family.

Was there a Christmas day dinner? At who's house?

Maybe an "open house" on Christmas Eve (that's what we do here) and friends and family drop in?

Did CD have separate Xmas plans with his family? Or did they all get together?

What did Hailey get for Xmas? Was she happy? Upbeat? Or upset because she had to stay with Billie and SA and couldn't go to dad's? (Blended families can have many problems over this holiday)

She is reported missing 3 days after Christmas - yet we've heard nothing about her Christmas celebration. Hailey did talk about not going to the Christmas band concert at school - but those are held early in the month before school gets out. Why didn't she go? Why did she not want to go?

Just a back story we aren't getting.

we have two lakes ones south of town off 208 and the other is west of town off I20. im case anyone wonders why we have two cause we dont get a walmart.lol but we use one for fishing and the other is more swimming,camping and boating.

That is another RSO who I am wondering about. IIRC, he actually was interviewed (no, I don't recall the link) and stated that he was a friend of CD. Very important info, if you ask me!

Good question! He especially stood out to me because his location is very near where they were searching on 1/6 and very near MB's house. He stood out to me because he is the one who stated that he was going to search for Hailey and we all questioned whether he was allowed to.

I'm just constantly amazed with this missing child case. BD's friend on here says to please not believe what Byerley has stated to news crews, but here it seems as if BD herself is is saying that at least some of what this woman says is true. So which part are we not to believe??

Locals who claim to know the family say Hailey’s life is more complicated than the version that is being pushed given to at the media.
Donna Byerley, who was introduced to the family after a friend dated a relative of Billie Jean, has described the girl’s home life as “volatile at times.” She said Hailey didn’t get along with her mother’s boyfriend and described Hailey herself as wandering “here and there,” coming and going largely “as she pleases.”Byerley said in an interview Friday that Hailey stayed with her and her boyfriend off and on, including the final two weeks of the 2009-10 school year.
“The last few weeks, perhaps month, she was living with her dad because she doesn’t like (Billie Jean’s) boyfriend,” Byerley said.
Billie Jean said Hailey also stayed at her dad’s house for less than a month at a time but has always wanted to come back home and that her daughter had at one point moved to Snyder and enrolled in school there while staying with extended family.

“I let her try it out for a minute,” she said in reference to Hailey staying with family members. “I couldn’t let her stay longer than that and, really, she didn’t want to anyway.”

Then we have this statement that leaves me wondering. Was HD not allow her to live with him right now because of the HUD, because there was no room where he was? What does he mean that he had to work hard to be a half a block away? Why was she going to live with CD? Was it just because that's where HD wanted to be or for some other reason?

Clint said the couple had plans for Hailey to move in with him in the future yet had no comment as to why. “I had to work hard to get to be a half a block away so I could see her from my back door,” he said. “I tried to stay as close to her as I could.”

IMO, this switching homes, moving to another school district, to dad's says allot to me.
Hailey may wanted to be with mom but not near SA.
Hailey's last months were very disturbing.
Last year she was 11/12............bad IMO

Maybe HD seen the creepy masks and other creepy paraphernalia at home, and it scared her! I'd be creeped out too if I was a 13 year old kid - especially if I seen this creepy stuff in the home!! (I wonder if LE found anything of the such!)

It's possible that the family didn't celebrate x-mas for personal, religious or even financial reasons.

i know many people who never have and several who didn't this year, because they couldnt afford to....and those who couldn't afford to would be too ashamed to share that among friends, not to mention people they don't know.

imo, i don't think they have anything to be ashamed of and / or its any of my business to know what they got their children, etc.

while i can see the potential significance of the activites that day in this situation, i can understand it blending in with other days as there are no shopping malls, major shopping places, etc in colorado city.
