also do you think Hailey was drugged for their fantasy play that night and they accidently OD her, she died..........he couldn't work that day because he had to go back and dispose of her body and make up stories? Then they got $$$ and drugs to relax that night????

This something that has been turning in my mind the last few days.

Just thinking... new thoughts (timeline coming together)

What if SA put HD inside the shed (wrapped up) the night before? Went to work as usual, and left work early. He goes back to the house to dispose of her?

This would explain why the police searched the shed so intently! And why he left work so abruptly - the cell phone pings put him back by the house that morning for only 20-30 minutes (enough time to load her in a vehicle). Takes her close to his mom's to dispose in woods, or lake, etc...

Maybe something actually happened between SA & HD the night before. DD was gone to his friend's house for a sleepover @ 10:00 p.m. Was BD home that night? Remember, BD states she didn't actually SEE HD in her bed (he could have arranged the pillow/stuffed animals, etc...

I really don't think the neighbor saw HD the next day outside on her phone. I think that was either the wrong day or a concosted story (unverifiable!)

Sorry, just trying to make sense of the timeline.

there would/should be corroboration with the phone records if she was actually on the phone around noon that day.

IIRC I recall seeing a AA male neighbor being interviewed and he claimed he saw her on the phone outside and often.

Yes, I saw that quick clip too on Nancy Grace. I remember many of us wondered why he was looking away from the camera and there was no real interview (looked to me like he was working in the yard). Now, I'm wondering if it was someone confirming that Hailey was out by the shed on the phone a lot when he was working in the yard, but IS NOT the guy who supposedly saw her around on Monday 12/27.

As much as I am following this case and I'm interested in it, I think if there are no further developments NG should devote more airtime to Phylicia Barnes. I hate that just because there is "scandal" in Hailey's case she is getting more attention. I just pray that both of these girls are found and soon. JMO.

Billie reminds me of my self at times. When I am very very nervous, panic attacks. She knows the answers she just cant recall because her mind is racing. Im not saying there is anything wrong with Billies mind, what I am saying is she is under stress that none of us ever what to go through. She is being bombbarded with questions from all sides. She hesitated with a lot of NGs questions, I think she was trying to answer as honest as she could and just couldnt find the info in her mind at that moment.

Or...shes not being truthful and its hard to keep lies straight.

I can not find that video it was in the very beginning and it was only a few seconds and quick glance of the guy.

I sure hope so!

I for one purposely stay away from videos of the parents and the like. I hesitate to form an opinion based on appearance cause as humans we see what we what to see a lot of the time. I've seen a pic of the mom and b/f just once. I just read the transcripts and what WS has. yeah BD and SA are young looking. Dare I say CD and SA are kinda cute!

To be honest my focus is on HD and really in most cases I dont care about the parents unless they are suspects or they start lying to the cops.

I dont know why BD has changed her story. Maybe she did something or maybe not or perhaps she is scared and full of grief. Either way, you don't go on nancy grace without your story and carp together. It does nothing for the case or the parent. I'm on the fence with this one cause HD hasnt been found yet. Oh and I have no problem with throwing the parents or family under the bus and running them over. LE does it all the time because most people that come up dead or missing were not done in by a stranger, but by a family member. Until that statistic changes then the family will always get my vote regarding POI. So if its good enough for LE then its good enough for me. <modsnip>

I guess I'm just so dumbfounded on how many come to her defense when BD and SA have done nothing to help themselves out so to speak. I just get a not right feeling with all this. I didnt feel that way about Jonathan Foster's kin.

As for the true crime stuff. I dont think anything of it really. She doesnt have a computer so yeah that would explain why she printed stuff off.

If you read the article, there's a few things just don't jive...

1st the uncle claims he is the kindest, gentlest... did the uncle KNOW about his 'hobby' or obsession with murder/death/serial killers, etc...?

2nd why does BD continue to defend SA? She states that even though SA said some 'ugly things' in an earlier argument, he DID NOT threaten HD's life... so does that mean he DID threaten hers?

3rd the articles states that SA USED his cell phone to make a call that morning in the area of the house between 6:35-6:56. Who did he call? If it was BD to tell her he was fired, she said she didn't KNOW about it.

Something's off with this info.

This is the direction I'm leaning in - friends of SA who share his interest in these masks/horror reenactments, etc may have helped him, especially given LE's mention of "several" POIs. I hope that these acquaintances in the pictures with him have been questioned/looked into.

hmmm I wonder if there some kind club house or place in the woods where they would gather.

Do we know the locate of the photos? I might miss that. Hard to keep up.

Wonder where he display his collection of masks. Most people that collect things has the collections out to show.

This is Mike Board, reporter from WOAI Newsradio. Note that he refers to the neighbor who saw Hailey on the phone as "she" (female).

BOARD: This was about 3:00 o`clock on Monday, December 27th, that the boyfriend, from what we know, came home. That`s where he met with Hailey, at his home. Hailey at that time told the mother`s boyfriend that she was going from her mom`s house to her dad`s house, then her dad`s house to a friend`s house.

Now, earlier in that day, we had a neighbor confirm that she saw Hailey in the back yard speaking on some sort of a phone. We don`t know if that`s a home phone or a cell phone. They weren`t sure. That witness wasn`t sure at that time what Hailey was speaking on. But it was about 3:00 o`clock Monday, December 27th was the last time anybody saw Hailey alive.

Last night, however, Billie refers to the neighbor as a male, who she 'thinks' is named Charles, and doesn't really seem to be a neighbor, but just someone staying in the house of a neighbor named Charles (again male).

DUNN: He is actually living in a neighbor`s house. I think his name is Charles. The man that owns the house is Travis. But he told us that he seen Hailey in the backyard and he said he told police that also.
