Just for a minute try to imagine a night by the fireplace, nice music in the background and piles of drugs on the coffee table and this woman high on drugs with you for the night.

oh the horror....hahahahahahahahaha

The State held back so much info, let it out at the best possible time. So Smooth.

My fav part was the Walmart-xbox-rock and the statement of..."no that was a different time" and the statement "you are lying"

Must answer if 1. Is Daniel is a future threat? If a unanimous "Yes," then answer question #2 "Are there mitigating factors for why.... cont

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
... he should not receive death?" If they answer "No," he gets the death sentence. Any other combo of answers is life in prison.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
Mitigating factors will be determined by all the testimony we heard about his upbringing, childhood, depression, drug use.

I hope he takes a bow before they insert the needle.

Judge Brena Kennedy is now giving the jury their instructions. Each juror has a copy they are reading along with.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
Jury must find Daniel a future threat beyond a reasonable doubt before answering "Yes" to question number one.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
To answer "Yes" to future danger, must be unanimous. To answer "No" to future danger, must only have 10 jurors agree. Same for mitigation

My fav part was the Walmart-xbox-rock and the statement of..."no that was a different time" and the statement "you are lying"

'no that was a different time' belongs up there with 'Do you have a permit for that gun?' answer 'I do for this un here'.

Anyone think that State atty is very, VERY sharp? That he deliberately told Jenna that it resulted in an arrest, which she denied and he went on implying yes that was the case and she blurted out 'no you thinking of a different one' blab blab blab.

My fav part was the Walmart-xbox-rock and the statement of..."no that was a different time" and the statement "you are lying"

And the looney tune didn't seem to realize that she was saying anything outside of normal behavior.

We are underway w/ closing arguments. It starts w/ Bill Bishop. Says everything that can be considered to Daniel's benefit came from him.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"It cannot be trusted. It is all his grand design." Bishop referencing Daniel trying to find xanax and ambien defense in jail

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
Bishop says all defense experts only got their information from Daniel himself.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"He laid out the clinical words he was supposed to say but he could not explain them." - Bill Bishop.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"He thinks he is cool because he runs from police on a motorcycle. That's how he gets his fame and his notoriety." - Bishop.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"He gets his self-worth by taking pictures of himself with a gun... he blew a hole in his own ceiling and took a picture of the damage."

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"For 22 months, he has pondered upon that and still cannot give an explanation as to why he took a loaded .380 to Walmart." - Bishop

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"You take a loaded .380 to Walmart to kill somebody and that is what he did." - Bill Bishop.

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"His intention was not escape, was not to flee. He was intention was far more sinister."- Bishop said Daniel readied weapon as he ran

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"This is someone who gains his self-worth through evil that he is done." - Bishop describes Daniel fascination w/ Columbine, Boston Bombing

Chris Sadeghi @chrissadeghi
"There is not one good reason not to sentence him to death," - Bishop ends his argument.

Even the camera guy on this case is excellent.

Poor family, at least they will get justice.

Defense atty calling jury 'you guys'. Does he get the judge's attention by yelling 'hey lady'.

Guilt trip defense closing...
