He's probably killed before. I don't believe he became what he was over night. He did all this to calmly and casually, and then went to work everyday like it was nothing being in a space that she worked in daily. Sick.

If he did it alone, then I’d be open to that. I continue to believe this was done to prevent Vanessa from reporting him for sexual harassment, and that this murder was not a sexually motivated killing.

We’ll have to wait for the evidence, but I think this was a purposeful act by a sick sociopath.

I think Tim was explaining that wet concrete was poured on top of her, as opposed to her being covered in pieces of concrete or something. It appears the suspects were equipped with all the tools necessary to hide a body (concrete mix, lime, shovel), but did a sloppy job.

I think all of this (Fire, burial, concrete) happened at the same time.

Okay, I understand.

I guess I thought he would've just said "the suspect(s) poured concrete over the body" versus "freshly-mixed concrete". Hmm.

That doesn't sound like a superior. So, did he sexually harass her as well, then kill her when she threatened to tell? Are there multiple suspects in the sexual harassment? Or was this junior soldier asked to "take care of her" by a superior? Just seriously contemplating what is going on here.

He was in fact a Specialist and not a Sergeant. BUT as the NCO in charge of the Arms Room, he was very much considered a superior, since she worked under him.

That makes sense. One thing that's bothersome about all this is how no one was in trouble for false accountability. Forgot which UCMJ article it falls under, but accountability is a big thing and punishable under UCMJ for falsely accounting for someone, and that didn't happen. Even after they found out she was missing. Something doesn't add up with the COC.

Someone might have just been in trouble. They just didn't give that info out. Maybe they'll address that tomorrow.

The lawyer did say that the Commander said it so nonchalantly on the accuracy of reporting.

Was her vehicle left at the Ammo room or does LE think it was used to transport her body (the white truck?)

I think he meant they poured freshly mixed cement over the body. She was probably killed and buried on the same day, or at least shortly after.
I'm guessing she was killed on the day she disappeared. The person who claimed she was signed in at 3:00 pm that day was probably AR. Jmo

Just hard to believe a E4 Specialist had that much leeway in a company to carry all this out with COVID going on regardless of where he worked. Seems as if he was in charge of the Company and Soldiers in it.

I think I found the "source" on who suspected the white vehicle. It wasn't about her vehicle. Someone had reported that her husband swore he saw her and the suspect at a Walmart that day or week. This spouse was asking for them to check Walmart cameras, as he(husband) saw them using a white van. JMO.

And I don't intend to "add" to the confusion. I just wanted to clarify, that someone specifically said "white van".

She wasn’t supposed to be working that day, but apparently was called in the night before, as they had inventory to finish. I think this could have thrown things.

There is also the possibility that it was just AR and Vanessa, and he was in charge of reporting who was present. Obviously that would significantly delay things.

Once we get more information it will be easier to figure out what shortcomings there were.
