This is the way I see it too. It’s confusing why she’d be at that apt. building if her ex doesn’t live there, but we do know it was her ex that she was fighting with at the restaurant, right? We don’t know everything LE knows, and I still think it’s probably some version of this scenario.

We know she has a Facebook friend who lives in that building.

If she was at the wrong apartment complex maybe that’s why when she’s on her phone with the ex. When she goes around the pillar I don’t know if that other apartment complex is behind the one she’s at, but it seems like the key is where she goes after she goes behind the pillar. Maybe the ex-boyfriend said no I’m not there anymore I’m over at the other place and so she had to make her way to the new place. Moo
The pedestrian gate to the garage is to the right of the elevator. She entered the camera view from the right, but left to the left which could mean that she walked deeper into the garage and went through one of the access doors or got into someone's car. If she turned left again and walked out, she would be seen on the camera that caught her Jeep parked outside.

I’ve often wondered if someone snatched her in the parking garage. I’ve had some sketch incidences in parking garages. It takes seconds to stop, force someone in the car (by brandishing a weapon, for instance) and drive off, attracting little to no attention. I’d think LE would have cameras to see that, though. I’m just trying to think of random things that could have happened. jmo
It's certainly possible that she was snatched in the garage. If the ex did not have car access to the garage, it migh have been someone else. IMO she could also have walked through one of the broken/unlocked access doors.

Do we know what time they arrived at and left the restaurant? There could be just a few hours in between and they could’ve been at the restaurant the entire time but JMO.

It was sometime between 1 and 2, and her mom took a pic of ryan and the bartender said that was the guy prisma was with, she went outside to make a phone call, and ryan aka matt got mad thinking she was talking to someone else, they fought police were called, but they never showed up until 45 min. later according to the staff at restaurant by that time they were gone

We don’t know exactly what time, but winter63 gave us an idea. I think it is unlikely they were there for several/many hours. JMO

We have met with a lawyer to set up the reward in a secure account, as soon as detective reads his email that it was secured by the lawyer he will have a press release to announce it, I will tell you he is just waiting on one person to give the right information, and thinks the reward will seal the deal! The detective also said that the Texas Rangers have been called in, now its just wait again. Hopefully we will find her and get some answers soon!

Just checking in, hoping to see she was found. Encouraging to hear about the reward and press release. The fact her ex did not live where she was seen on video I do not know what to make of.

Still praying and hoping for a good outcome and answers for the family.

That’s wonderful to hear! I’m hopeful they are right. I’m also glad the Rangers are on the case now, too. I hope and pray she’s found soon.

How likely is that she was in phone contact that day with the person she was meeting in the garage/building? Would they have known where she parked? She was supposed to return to work after lunch, so she probably wasn't there for a previously scheduled appointment. If she arranged a meeting in person that afternoon, she'd likely still call the person if they didn't show up. I'm guessing that the call she was seen taking/making next to the elevator was related to her visit. If her phone records don't show anyone living in the complex, it might be someone she met that afternoon. It's also possible that she came to see someone who worked at the complex. If she showed up to meet a resident unnanounced, how would she know the person was home? How would she get in without any contact?
The building has a few exits. Where she left her car makes it less likely that she exited on the other side of the complex and got into a car from there. By now the police know which cameras were out of order and which doors enabled easy access. They know if she (or someone else) would have been able to evade surveillance.

The reason people don’t claim rewards is because if they really know something useful, they will probably be charged...not too many ways they could know for sure...jmo, unless they had some involvement.

I have never seen a reward work for a missing person...hoping for a first time.

Glad to find out that Prisma's family is leaving no rock unturned. It takes a village. No matter what works or not. Combined effort by LE, family, community, and we here at webslueths gives my heart hope for answers and JUSTICE FOR PRISMA.

There was a recent case, I followed on Websleuths (sorry, but cannot recall the name) where a young girl was in a car parking garage with her male 'friend', going to their separate cars.
After loads of lies, the 'friend' was arrested for her murder, having abducted her from the garage,

If they had such a heated interaction at the restaurant that the cops were called, it seems pretty clear that this issue escalated elsewhere and something violent happened and he’s hidden her somewhere.

As someone formally in a physically abusive relationship where fights and disturbing interactions kept happening years after the horrible breakup, I just can’t see this any other way.
MOO

It certainly appears the quarrel was disturbing, if police were called in.
After this restaurant incident, suddenly things don't just calm down immediately.
What happened later, is possibly our answer, and this would be thoroughly investigated.
MOO.

Yes, there appears to be a gap of at least a couple of hours between the restaurant incident and the garage video. Tracking her phone location probably gave LE some clues as to her whereabouts during that time.
Edited to add that it's a mystery to me where she could have gone afterwards and why returning to work wasn't an option any more.

I bolded your last line.
In answer to that, because she was unable, as I guess we may find out, I'm afraid.

I meant after lunch, at 3-4 ish. It was reported that at around that time she was on the phone with her babysitter and talked about her job. The babysitter didn't notice anything unusual in the conversation.
