Well it wasn't blocking the apartment entrance. Just that road. And yes that is confirmed that it was where the car was found, I am not sure if she left it there. I can't really tell in the picture.... someone put it there for sure.

Did your BFF happen to notice the Jeep that evening?

The elevator is really close to the garage entrance and close to where she parked. Driving her outside to her car doesn't seem likely.

I also really don't see her getting in the car for that short of a distance either but it was the only thought of why she would have gotten in his car. Obviously I don't know that she got in a car, it was just a complete what if scenario. The only other reason I really can think of is if had a weapon and told her to get in. I would think it would have been too risky to just force her into the car physically. Of course she could have come back from the garage into the elevator, like I said, LE released just enough of that video to make us scratch our head.

I was just mentioning on another case that they never seem to release all video, not sure of the reason but I notice it in most cases.

If he was the type that made a scene at the restaurant, I doubt he worried too much about making one in the garage or pushing her into the car, etc. I too though have thought about him just saying he was on his way out and would drop her at her car but did not, even though it was close by, she needed to get something from him first she forgot, etc. so she climbed in to get it, say goodbye and be dropped at her vehicle but he had other intent... Or he forced her in...

I agree that LE has far more video than we have seen. That is pretty clear or seems like they must have at least. This is promising in resolving this case although I still worry for her family and her as to whether she will be found okay.

I wonder when LE finally responded to the restaurant and did not find them there did they just abandon the call or look for the two of them? I suppose it may depend on how serious the call seemed or the danger? Did they just figure it was an arguing couple who got past it and cleared the call?

It can be so hard for family to be told nothing but I also see why they do not share much, especially at first. They have to be sure family is not involved first of all and second of all, loved ones can be emotional, share things in heightened emotion that they want held back, etc. It makes it hard to trust though I imagine. He** it makes it difficult on here when things are silent in a case to trust it is being investigated. Usually it is though we come to find out later.

My prayers continue.

If police have agreed with TES coming, they must not believe she is being held someplace, imo. TES does not search inside homes, etc...just outside areas, field, woods etc.... As it is, I can’t imagine where they will search. I saw an interview with Tim Miller of TES once and he said they need to have some sort of area designated by police in order to agree to search. Unless the person was last seen out hiking or something like that.

yeah , the would be looking for a body ...

maybe she didn't park the jeep. maybe the person she was at lunch with drove them to his place, and said he was just running in for something. do we know that she was alone in the jeep when she parked? could that be why she got stressed (near the elevator) and was trying to get up to his apartment to find out what was taking so long? just speculating. i know it doesn't help to solve where she is now, but i'm leaning heavily towards this ex (or current or whatever) being 100 involved.

It's possible that she was forced into a car. Even if she went into a car willingly, if the driver had bad intentions from the start, they would have to disable or discard her phone early on, so that her location could not be tracked. Did she manage to make an emergency call? Where were her ex and his car at that time? Cars that exited the garage shortly after were probably seen on the same camera that caught her Jeep parked across the street.

The time given on the police incident report would indicate that the parking violation started at 5:47, which is three minutes before the elevator video.
The surveillance camera in the garage had a direct view of the car, so they probably have her on video parking and exiting the car.
Edited to add that in the video she doesn't look like she was interested in getting into the elevator.

Goodness gracious. This was such a mystery for a while, but IMO there is NO mystery anymore. The only mystery is where she is now and where the evidence is that LE needs to find ASAP. Maybe we don’t know exactly what happened, but I’m 99.9% confident in who I think disappeared her. :( I feel like there were very volatile emotions involved and IMO very likely lots of alcohol. Fights warranting police being called in a restaurant, parking in the middle of the street like that, blowing off a new job, and I personally think she looked very intoxicated in the video by the elevator. I know there were differing opinions about that, but that’s my gut feeling. Gosh, I am in no way blaming Prisma. I am so worried for her! I am just getting the feeling there was maybe a big, emotional blow up with a person capable of violence, and IF drinking was involved that just intensifies things. I hope this new TE search finds her!!!

I agree with you Happyday.

A person who is angry / upset might impulsively stop a vehicle and leave it unoccupied like that during a fit of passion.

Volatile relationships can be strangely addicting and continuing to engage or rising to the baiting can make a person out of their mind. Add a little alcohol and off ya go.

Maybe they went to another location to argue time got away she missed getting back to work on schedule figured forget it and then she voluntarily went to his building still worked up. Looking for him?

Texas EquuSearch is still searching for Maleah Davis in Houston today. They don’t have any info yet about this case on their website like the usually do when they are getting ready to begin a search.

My friend is 4'11" and has the same jeep. She feels sure someone is sitting in it in that photo. She says having the seat that far forward would be uncomfortable, even for her.
I think this would depend on leg (and arm) length. I have that Jeep as well. I'm 5'3" and move the seat very nearly as far up as it will go.
