I am struggling with this, not just the 4 minute window. If the address had to be looked up, does that mean they never been there before so potentially this is the first time dealing with CP.
If so I'm certain he would of used someone else prior, why try robbing them on 1st contact not knowing them and he's never tried it with previous dealer. If that's the case it's doesn't make sense.

About 100 people — Soto’s family and friends — gathered for a vigil at a North Side park Thursday afternoon.

The family released balloons to honor Soto and her unborn baby, Fabian, at Kenwood Park.

If it was a set up CP might have said his car wasn't working to get them to him.

possibly they did business elsewhere but this was first time at the house, or it was dark and they were unsure where it was they had been before.

Good! A reporter asked about the possibility of a second person in the truck, with the towel hand off. Presser would not confirm but did say, if there was a second person, the same charges might apply.

The tests on the gun recovered from the suspect's home have not been completed yet, but the police chief says they believe it to be the gun used to murder MG and SS, and it was found at the suspect's home.

You would think the suspect would have gotten rid of the gun before LE showed up.

Did I hear this correctly? That both victims were involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics?
I want to be sure I really heard that because that‘s a powerful statement.

Gun recovered at perp‘s House - being tested to confirm

I‘m very curious if it is MGs gun as C says. That would be a really big deal imho.
Would create doubt as to possible credibility to self defense plea.
Also if SS was shot first as C said, that also creates doubt imho.
That totally goes against what we were all speculating- that MG had to have been shot first.

Remember that Neil Falls case where the escort grabbed his gun and shot him (despite being handcuffed) -it was crazy but it happened- I’m not sure that C isn’t telling the truth.
His dad seems to believe him.

90 days to indict in TX
Death penalty being explored (I know for a fact this will greatly depend on the families of the victims.)
Practicing Catholics (if there are any) often ask for no death penalty due to the sanctity of all life. If the families feel very strongly in favor of the death penalty that will influence the prosecutor’s decision.
Even if the families feel strongly in favor of the death penalty, and the jury imposes this sentence Texas won’t act on that sentence if anyone in close family or friends opposes.
All IMHO of course.

Residence of suspects searched yesterday and a gun was recovered from the home. Police believe the gun to be the murder weapon but not confirmed (tests pending).

Confirming Chief stated both of the victims were active in the drug trade, and used their phones to conduct business.
