Sini identified Sherin's body by confirming the clothes she was wearing. It was properly identified by dental records later.

Oct 23rd Interview - WM told them that on Oct 7th, Sherin in the garage not drinking milk, he helps her to drink it and she chokes. He realises she doesnt have a pulse and that she is getting colder. He realises that she has passed.

WM is tearful in this interview.
He is describing sitting at a table all day in a high chair to eat a PB sandwich and drink her milk. Explains that she has to drink this milk every day, the Drs said so.

WM Its nearly 2pm, Sherin still hasnt drunk the milk. They give both girls a snack. She needs to drink the milk by 4pm, so she can have more at 6pm and 10pm. WM wants her to have a nap with bio child, but Sherin still not drinking it by 3.30pm when bio is falling asleep. Sherin is made to still drink the milk.

Now 5pm. Sherin just sitting holding her cup, not drinking. WM is upset, not even half the milk is gone. Sherin eats some choc almonds, she loves those. 9pm and still not drinking the milk. They dont want to give her food instead of milk, he wants her to drink the milk. WM, SM and bio go to a restaurant. WM decided Sherin would stay home as she hadnt had her milk, Sini upset but WM wants to teach her a lesson. "Who stays home with Sherin?" nobody! we left her standing on the floor, it was safer than the high chair.

WM : we wanted Sherin to learn a lesson. Bio daughter didnt have issues so didnt need to learn a lesson. 10pm both girls get a bath. Sherin throws up in the shower. It's watery/creamy. That means she now has an empty tummy. WM decides she needs something now, her tummy would be running dry, she has to have milk.

WM; 10.30pm, she drinks some milk. We are all tired. Sini & bio get int the bed. WM takes Sherin out the bedroom to give her more milk while they sleep. WM is on computer while Sherin doesnt drink. WM frustrated, its now 11.30pm. By 12.30am, WM threatens to put Sherin in the dark garage. She is in there until 1am.

What in the hell?! Why milk? Is there not another nutritional option like Pediasure? I would refuse to drink a warm cup of hours old milk also! It's evident Sherin didn't like milk, for heaven's sake! As a kid, I would eat cereal dry and if I ever had milk, it had to be iced. Some people just don't like the flavor of it. These people disgust me.

Now almost 2am. He looks at her, more than half milk gone but not all. WM sits with her in garage, looks at her and demnds she drinks the milk. She has cup to her mouth but doesnt drink. She gets sleepy.

2.45am, he is very tired and tells her to finish her milk ri right now. She giggles at him, gets playful. She takes little sips, he demands she takes big gulps, finish right now!
The she coughs. He pats her back/head. She doesnt stop coughing. He taps her hand, saying SHerin, Sherin while she says Dadda, Dadda!

He is now crying. WM holds her and she starts going cold, her hands and feet unusually cold. He checks for a pulse, its faint. He calls her name over & over. SHe is getting colder. Body starts tightening up. Thats hwen he realised she has passed away. He thinks, is she just brain dead?

WM too scared to wake Sini and tell her. So he decides to put her somewhere. Wants to do something honourable with her body, she is not a dog!
Wraps her in a plastic bag. Takes the bag and some trash to the car.
Repeats that he doesnt want to dishonour her. Put the trash in a dumpster.

Tears stop just as quickly as the started!

WM - went to Bowser (?)
It's dark. Parks by the churches & houses.
Walks to railway line. Went to some trees, but doesnt want to put her there.
Wants to get home, so puts her in the culvert, pushes her in as far as she would go.

Something blocked her from being pushed in further. It was dry in the culvert.
Diaz asked why Sini's robe and his clothes were washed after Sherin was killed.

After doing the laundry, he drives back to the area he put Sherin.

He came home & sat in the garage. Doesnt want to go back inside. Sini still asleep.
Doesnt know what to tell Sini. He tells her the "put outside" story.

Bio duaghter wakes up, is cranky because Sherin is gone, keeps asking for her.

WM waited to call police because he didnt want to wake the community to go looking for her that early in the morning.

Back to courtroom.
They asked him how the body was positioned, because only one person would know how she was placed in the culvert. They found a large boulder inside that had blocked her, just as WM had said.
Have not been able to tell if Sherin was out for dinner, a waiter is sure Sherin is with them. Diaz says this can mean that Sherin was left home alone or WM is lying and he did something worse than leave her home alone and is hiding it.
