Ok the new video makes me change my entire theory. Perp is actively trying to break into other rooms to see what is in there or so it seems. Either an elaborate plan to make a targeted attack on Missy seem like a robbery or a robbery she walked into. Also given the way perp is looking around makes me think they may not have been in that church before and don't know where to look .
I think I am theoryless as of right now.

Why did they start tearing at the wall at the end? That doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever.

The perp really worked to get in that closet without any luck. It was weird the way the perp kept touching the walls walking down the hallway.

I still believe the would have liked to have found the security recording equipment, whether it was a burglary or a hit (which I still believe it was).

This is what's puzzling me, there's only one entrance in and out of the church car park - so if Missy's car was spotted, why wouldn't anyone elses be? It's too remote for someone to have walked there without a risk of being seen, unless they parked on a nearby lane and went across fields on foot. But then it looks like at least some of the complex has a fence around it?

I saw that also like he was leaning on it a little. Earlier videos appeared his right leg was injured. Maybe that is connected.

How did they get video of Missy's truck pulling in the church drive if there were no outside working cameras? Also, if the camera captured Missy's truck pulling up, why didn't it capture the perp's vehicle pulling into the lot?

Flashlight on the head gear as well? They had something in the pockets of the "fake" maybe not so fake police gear as seen by them trying to get in the locked door.

This doesn't change my theory of staging a break in.

Of course they are going to have to go through the church and do some damage, how else will it appear that she interrupted a break in and it be a totally random crime? IMO

I also thought it was really weird how they walked down the hallway touching the wall. It did seem like they were really trying to get into that door, but why wear the gear if you were simply trying to rob a church? And at that time of the morning?

I was posting the same thoughts as you posted yours! Yes! How was Missy's vehicle captured, but not the perp's?

I am thinking they had inside video that saw the motion of the truck being pulled up in the front entrance. But I was wondering the same also.

I found it odd where it looks like they try and break into a door, but they don't show much enthusiasm for it and then they move on. Then I guess they got that long box from inside the double doors and then they start pounding on the wall with the rock climbing hammer...maybe they were practicing. With their getup, they seemed to take far more interest in their wardrobe than the amount of interest they showed actually stealing anything of value.
