MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Investigators now suspect foul play in the disappearance of a 23-year-old Sam Houston State University student who vanished from a sports bar in 2011.
Thomas Charles Murray Jr., also known as "TJ," was last seen in the early morning hours of October 19, 2011.
As many of you have heard, the Murray's lost their 2nd youngest son, William, tonight. Please say a prayer for the Murray's through this difficult time.
Thank you.
Rest in Peace William Montgomery Murray. You will be missed dearly.
Nine months after a man disappeared without a trace, now his family is mourning his brother’s drowning death.

At the same time, they still need to know what happened to TJ. They want to know he walked out of a bar in Montgomery County and never came home.
“I wish someone would say something,” Murray said. “Every day I hope and pray.”
The family is offering a large cash reward for information leading to TJ’s whereabouts.
Lt. Bill Bucks with the Montgomery County Sheriffs Office Major Crimes unit said his units responded to the location close to 9:30 a.m. Monday morning. At this time it is being handled as a dead body investigation. The victim had one gunshot wound to the head which they do not believe is self inflicted since there was no weapon found in the area.

This could be related or not. I don't know about too many more missing people in our county.

Here is an image of where the bones were found--right smack dab in the middle of the Montgomery County (TX) Law Enforcement Center's cluster of buildings, and down (up?) the street at the bail bonding company.
What an odd place to put a body.
It is odd...I have a feeling this will turn out to be someone not even officially known to be missing.
On Thursday, October 18th at 8:30pm, TJ's family will be lighting candles and observing a 5 minute moment of silence for TJ. We will being doing this in the parking lot of Rookies Sports Bar in Spring,TX, the last place TJ was seen one year ago. Everyone is welcome to join us.
