I just can’t see how she went missing??
Scary after 11yrs & nothing or no one wants to say anything!
How do you all think it happened! I havnt been back through all the threads & have just mentioned the things Iv heard around her disappearance

I dont understand the m. snell apology...youd have expected he'd have originally asked the police to correct the story.....were they using it as a blind and was he working with them.....

harry.....I can only say that ive known people who've lived in places that are ruled by one family or one group and no one dare step out of line.

especially if claudia was killed by accident or a sudden outburst of temper, people are going to think....we can't bring her back, so and so didn't mean it or they'll come after me next...

im not saying that happened but that could be an explanation.

I really don't know but I don't think they frequented the Nag's, at all or at least not on a regular basis when I worked there

going back to vixeys last post....just to make sure I understand it correctly...theres the group of people the police know, or think knew claudia, and were or still are, denying this, and there's the group of people who admit knowing her, whom the police say are not telling everything they know.

is there another. group who admit they knew claudia and the police believe have. been completely open....im thinking of someone like dan, assuming his comments on Facebook are just banter.

what im getting at is that police think its more than guilt by association...the they must have kn0wn something argument...but they have specific reasons to think they're not telling everything

Yes and looking at the info in this clip, it was shortly after Malyn defined these groups that 4 local men were arrested on suspicion of her murder.

In my opinion the secret 'boyfriend' was the alledged policeman boyfriend although it seems he wasn't so much of a secret more of a hush hush situation between people who knew ..
the man David Oxer revealed was a 'mystery lover'

Are either of these the policeman boyfriend or the mystery lover and is this why the police are so interested in alleyman and a man in a sandy coloured mac.

I thought sandy Mac was the first arrested after second cctv was released within the 4, and to be honest I don’t know much on him as I do the others.

whatever the authenticity or the identities of the various secret boyfriends, the police remain convinced that the friends hold the key, so, if they are thinking of. someone in the boyfriend category, they dont think hes a secret to them....so they aren't necessarily accusing any of the friends of being the perps...it could be someone claudia had a date or dates with and they're afraid of or someone....probably if they think the death was accidental...they wish to protect.

I think at least one of the friends...almost more..certainly know, but Im really completely open minded as to whether the perp is one of them

I think you are right her friends suspected someone and that is why they sent the police to Hale in the first week !!!!
Then it was the friends who said they were eliminated not the police !i think there is a difference here !

But the police told him they do not have the resources to check without evidence .
Well is it the same spot where the dogs took their handlers ?!
Also is someone’s conscience being pricked by giving her back to the family ?
Perhaps hoping the story would die down ? Also believing ( and probably true ) the water would leave no incriminating evidence after 11 years ?
