I know nothing about his footwear that night but jeans? There's nothing implausible about running in jeans.

Yes it is.- a few people have mentioned that they did not believe that the homeless man was really a homeless man. is that what you are also meaning? i get the meaning and understand if this is in fact what you mean?
Yes it is.
Hey guys!

:drumroll:
personally I don't like any of this, I was hoping that the pi would be completely independent ,I interpreted as they are using a Russian sat system rather than GPS so that may circumvent the UK/Eu rules perhaps? ? IDK just guessing. Secret squirrel stuff, ways n means n all that.

So pretty comfortable.
Yes, I could certainly jog in them if I wanted/needed to!
actually the media do not need to print stories they have obtained from others. i know the raf guys cant talk but others in bury saint edmunds may already have spoken to the press - they might have told good or bad about corrie. why is there nothing in print? well i think that each time nicola or tony talk. they are giving the media what they want. a new twist to the story. no need at this stage for printing background info about corrie. when there is some outcome its possible tales will be told. just imo anyhowOh no I totally agree, he or she probably would have been open to all sorts of comments and inferences. What I meant was that in missing persons cases as well known and well reported as these, the media usually jumps on anyone and everyone directly or indirectly involved for quotes and dramatic effect in their bulletins. It's just always surprised me that in this case, nobody in the area that night other than the takeaway guys has been spoken to by the media.

so this is purely hypothetical. what if the homeless man is a military spy and sees corrie doing something he shouldnt have? what if he sees him in the bin area scoring pot or a bag of coke or goodness knows what other illegal thing he might have been doing? would they not bundle him home in a taxi or some undercover military car? or something - dont really know where im going with that but its the new focus rather than that poor bin man.Could P&SS be keeping a close eye on our Troops Miss French - due to other operational or other investigative reasons, I'm just wondering if that's Shiresleuths inference which might be a good point?
we keep being told that corrie is not gay so unlikely to have been a hookup - <modsnip>I assume so. I am not an expert whatsoever.
I suspect a Hook-Up.
Could have picked Corrie up at Horseshoe and driven somewhere to park up, chat, and get to know each other and then later took Corrie back to a house.
So although he had dressed for a night on the town he was not actually badly set up if he had decided to head home on foot. Comfortable footwear and light coloured clothing.
A 39% moon and a clear sky.
Roads he would have known well from driving them over the preceding 3 years.
I was actually thinking of you as I read Tony Wringe's latest interview. As you know I wasn't initially and due to a number of factors, came to this option too, a few weeks ago.iv always been towards AWOL right from day one and nothing has yet changed, we have no DNA in the bin area so random attack is out, walk home we have no body that would have been found long ago, in my mind all we have is a guy with problems in life, normally I would be going down the suicide road, no body again , I suspect that raf marham might have a connection as that is a place that he visited regular, then we're left with what areas he has connections with! IMOIMO
So what is the thinking of why this guy was around then? To watch over the RAF lads in town and/or watch out for any bad guys thinking of doing a Marham (if that was terror related)?
3) I am sure the Police will be well sighted on the mobile phone information for all those moving in a similar direction at the same time (can't have been many), and will be cross referencing this with known vehicle movements, and I think this is where the answer lies. I believe the Police already have a fairly accurate idea as to what happened. I sat through the evidence in a murder trial were mobile phone evidence was key, and it was incredible the level of detail they were able to obtain, and despite the criticisms of the Police I don't for one second believe that they are being lax in their investigation. If the Police aren't investigating obvious areas of interest that are being raised by the family there will be a good reason for this (i.e. they have excluded them because they are irrelevant).
corrie's step father. david . well he is a police crash test specialist so i am sure scenarios like this will have been covered - well hopefullyagreeing on heading out to BM in a vehicle, I think the likelihood is he was walking along a country road/A road and got hit by car. A pedestrian can be thrown a long way by a high speed impact.
On page 16 of this Virginia DMV report is a virtually identical scenario to what I imagine. Woman by side side of road is hit by car and thrown 89 feet into a ditch. Driver didn't stop.

The Aldershot incident had been ruled out

I've also read Marham was not what people think it to be but can't find the link. I'll keep looking.
oh dea i am probably showing my age here - i did not think female/ male sexual meeting were called hookups? very willing to be corrected. i have just been led by what others have said, rather than doing my own checkingIf I use the term hook-up I mean it as a meeting with a person of either sex, am I using it wrongly, is it just for same sex shenanigans?
