The CSI twitter guy we think MIGHT be on this case (but can't be sure) posted this morning:

Also, I just noticed he's on the specialist blood and DNA team, which is worrying.

thing is hes based at Bridgewater which makes more likely he'd be working the case from Glastonbury which is a murder, and bristol will probally
have it's own CSI team

He has done Bristol cases in the past, though (per testimony in press coverage of trials) - but I'm definitely cautious about assumptions ;)

Anyone found any reports that show Police still 'actively' searching for RW today?

Has anyone had any joy in finding any other social media for Becky? I've seen her Facebook but no twitter, instagram, pinterest, ******* etc... Not sure if I missed it in old first thread?

I've got Twitter and I looked thoroughly and can't see any Twitter for her. Dunno about the rest.

It's good in one sense, too often people are far too open with what they publish online.

Just means it's difficult for us to get an idea about her!

New article thought I would post.

"Police officers were seen removing a large, heavy object from the home of missing 16-year-old Rebecca Watts.

Student Rebecca, known to friends and family as Becky, vanished from her home in the St George's area of Bristol on February 19.

A picture has emerged of gloved forensics officers removing what appears to be a large drum from her home yesterday, just hours after police announced they have arrested two people in connection with the teenager's disappearance."

What could it be? It looks huge and very heavy, judging by the pictures where they're trying to move it.

A garden compost bin maybe? That would be about the right size and heavy if full of compost.

Or a water butt ?

I just can't see what could be that size and shape from inside your average house.

Is it one of those metal drums used to burn rubbish? However, the ones we've had in the past, don't need that many people to lift them.

We discussed it towards the end of the last thread.

Oooh is it open?
Was ths in reply to me?

Don't know if I'm allowed to post or link,
Not a lot to see and nothing too interesting. May not even definitely be hers but videos of the pup are on it.

I have a bad feeling they have already solved this and the wheels of Justice are in motion. Perhaps nothing but someone has posted this morning on A&S Police FB page telling the Police to go to Crew's Hole, Troopers Hill ASAP, an trying to find out what 'Crew's Hole' is, possibly something to do with making creosote in the past...
