Thanks. Just came back on to say I'd spotted it on Twitter.I would consider it a safe source, the Bristol Post is the local newspaper and so it will be a reporter or Bristol Post employee on behalf of the reporters at the court.
Courtserve blanks out a defendant name and cites various acts/court orders: The Crown Court

Sec 45a YJCE ACT Press Restriction
According to the Law Pages it seems to be SH the press aren't allowed to report on.
Wonder where the other 2 are, KD and JP?
YJCE=Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence act:

Might this mean that there's another (under 18) defendent, that we hadn't previously been aware of?
Also, section 4 Contempt of Court Act:

It was DD & JP that got conditional bail back in August (I had previously, wrongly, said KD)Was it KD and JP that both got bail? If they did intend to plead guilty would this increase their likelihood to get bail? Also would they then be used as witnesses for the prosecution?
That's even weirder then IMO.It was DD & JP that got conditional bail back in August (I had previously, wrongly, said KD)
Yes I wondered about the wrong brother had been reported as being released on bail but thought that I must surely be wrong ...I'd forgotten about there being child abuse images. The press have already mentioned SH as one of the four on trial so it seems a bit odd to have her name redacted in the court listing - don't know if that's happened since yesterday as didn't look at Courtserve for listing before today.
I agree that I think KD and JP have plead guilty & the fact that they have done so will be a mitigating factor when sentencing. Agree very odd that it appears DD was the twin who got conditional bail when he is being tried, yet KD who isn't being tried & we therefore assume has plead guilty, appears to still be on remand till sentencing? Really making me wonder whether the name of the correct brother was given as receiving bail in August!
