Courtney Bicker's police interview was recorded on 2/3/15 just hours before her best friend, Becky Watts' remains were discovered.

In the police interview, recorded before Ms Hoare was arrested, she told detectives Becky had recently "bonded" with her stepbrother who had been helping her to buy a mobile phone.

"Nathan had this thing that if he heard her coming down the stairs he would hide behind the door and jump out at her and she jumped every time," she said.

So the scouring pad they presumably used to clean up the bath had blood on it but still nothing in the bath. Amazing.

it was synced to Becky's fb, so I think it's hers.

NM derived pleasure from tormenting his stepsister. Sometimes, fear can be a gift, if you listen to your gut instincts. And she did. Becky passed on to her best friend the graphic murder scenarios NM had tormented her with. Believe she had also told a child psychologist or counselor that she was fearful of NM. Don't think we have heard that testimony yet.

In any event, it appears NM had been tormenting Becky for quite sometime. She was only 16 yo and he's her stepbrother. A quite loaded scenario. With a new BF and perhaps anticipating a future filled with some promise, optimism & hope, being viciously attacked in her own home would have been the very last thing on her mind that morning

Very tragic for all the families...so young

We are now allowed to report that a man burst into court and appeared to shout at the defendants in the dock.

The unidentified male, wearing a tracksuit, raised his voice towards Nathan Matthews and girlfriend Shauna Hoare. (From the UK & Eire FB page)

I wonder who this was...

The judge ordered the jury to ignore the disturbance and the man was removed from Bristol Crown Court.

This is probably what upsets me the most, Becky had to endure several years of this hatred dished out by NM, and it was never going to subside. NM would ultimately take Becky's life, on that fatal day or another, she was taking everything from him, in his eyes anyway. IMO, any child that his mother cared for would be hated. NM has so many issues it could fill a book.

I hope they're not too harsh with her. She's already been through more than any girl of her age should have to.

Courtney said at the time of her death, Matthews "probably owed like 100 quid".

Courtney told officers that things seemed normal when the family - and her - had gone on holiday to Butins.

But she spoke of a time, while they were there, that he demonstrated pulling out a toenail with the end of a hammer.

Becky had told the teen Matthews would often get "angry and aggressive" and would threaten her if she did something he didn't like.

She also recounted an occassion when Matthews had got "angrier and angrier" and "through a fit" when he was given a suit he did not like for Darren and Anjie Galsworthy's wedding.

His demeanour was, just threatening and aggressive
