He could read a phone book and it would be mesmerizing. He should do books on tape. He could make "All Quiet on the Western Front" actually sound interesting, or even my old nemesis "The Scarlet Letter" sound interesting.

Oh yeah...its actually almost distracting me from paying attention to Jodi ...lol

The copies I was given had poor audio. I boosted it as much as I could with the software I have.

Maybe try viewing Tawni Dilly's Youtube. Took me weeks to get the videos and only took her a couple hours to rip them off without credit or anything.

If you have earbuds or headphones, it makes a world of difference! I can hear her chewing that dang sandwich!

I am using my sons Beats headphones and I can hear clearly ... I was using I-Phone 5 earbuds last night and could hear clearly with those as well....

March 28 Twitter which may explain the court minutes on March 27th 2013 when ALV was in chambers with a sealed hearing.
Here is part of that twitter:

#JodiArias JUAN M. HAS LAVOILETTE'S UNEDITED NOTES of JA INTERVIEW - JA afraid of self-incrimination during cross. Tried to withhold (cont)

It's no surprise Jodi is suffering from "migraines" today given what is likely to be an explosive cross from Juan Martinez. Back in October, Jodi fought relentlessly to have LaVoilette's notes from their meeting deemed a "work product", arguing that it could be self-incriminating.

Remember that during the pre-trial hearing on August 8, 2011, LaVoilette exposed yet another Arias lie by stating that Jodi told her Travis masturbating to pictures of young boys on his laptop - directly contradicted Jodi's previous story of seeing them on his bed. This sent Martinez into a frenzy where he immediately requested to see ALL of LaVoilette's documents & notes, which would likely expose yet more lies to therapists/psychologists who evaluated her.

The judge ruled to allow Martinez full access to her notes. I can already hear the fireworks!

On tape 5 @: 18 Who is Jodi talking about when she says the person to take care of her affairs lived far away? MM? What did she need him to take care of? Photos, guns knives?

BBMOhhhh, good one! I'd like to think that Det Flores and his team caught that and put a tail on MM. I'm not saying they did -- but a girl can dream right?!

I'm sure her calls from the Yreka hotel jail are all on tape too.

I'm still stuck on the first day (because I stupidly start writing everything down -- kind of like Jodi. Next thing you know I'll be reading The Road Less Traveled).

Did you notice how at first Jodi insists she didn't kill Travis, didn't hurt him, had nothing to do with his death, but by the end all she says over and over is that she had no reason to kill him. I think that's a big part of her plan. She was counting on nobody linking her to the murder because "she had no reason."

I sure appreciated your summaries of what was said, I watched the videos but could not hear most of what was said. You rock.

Pensfan the link wouldn't work. It will let you go to home page put wasn't sure what the article title was to search it.
No ks, I meant the theft of her grandfather's gun, which thankfully did come in with the testimony of the detective that handled the theft.
I'm wondering if those records we all want to see are in the system in Yreka somewhere, but I wouldn't know where to even start looking.

e eta: Sorry wrong quote - I was responding to Kscornfed.

Sorry I know this probably doesn't matter to you all but I can't even begin to explain what her eating sounds like coming out of a giant Marshall guitar amp. :floorlaugh: It's like a bunch of tap dancing chipmunks in a race. Who chews that fast?

And she broke down in the middle of eating? Like OMG I have to eat this stuff now? So gross! :anguish: Look what you have done to me Travis!

Nah, that wasn't a breakdown....that was a practice run. I swear you can almost see the thoughts forming in her brain. Oh, I think I'll let out a big wail and see if I can pull off some emotions to impress Det. Flores

Ohhhh, this could get FUN!

@ vid 15 @ 1:18 minutes

Jodi: Demonstrating to Flores how she was kneeling next to the shower, and "there was a loud ring". The way she stresses the word ring is very strong. Maybe there was an actual "ring" in this?

Shooting a gun can make your ears ring and it would be even louder with all the tile.

I can't remember where I heard in the last few days ,but it's that Travis had an engagement ring that was for a previous girlfriend at his house and it turned up missing after a visit from Jodi.

I watched most of the videos last night and found them VERY disturbing... It seems like they were totally wasting there time with her. All this what about Travis's family...welll...that means nothing to her.. as we now know from the trial.

The only thing that would motivate JA would be some benefit to HER.

..unbelivable the part about the wedding pictures..WTF! This makes me think...maybe she is crazy? Why didnt they just go with an insanity defense? :what::what::

She has a personality disorder or three, but that's not insanity. She understands the charges against her and is competent to assist in her defense. She's crazy in the "crazy *advertiser censored*" sense, but not in the legal sense.

Okay, I had to laugh out loud at this:
video 13 25:00
Talking about Katie Barnes
"I don't think there was ever any concern about that. I know that he liked her but nothing more and has a friend and he said she's a little freaky and emotional unstable sometimes but I think she's just young."
She talks a lot about not having to worry about this woman or being a little worried about that woman. I thought she was supposed to be over him and not jealous. Why would she worry about other women then?
Also, I know this is an interrogation and it's about Travis but she really talks a lot about him. She always turns the conversation back to Travis no matter what is being talked about. Flores may say something about how she gets off track when she is talking and she will say "Yeah, Travis used to say that all the time".
I had a best friend who started dating a guy and that was all she talked about. She was totally obsessed with him. I could make a comment about the weather and she would say "Yeah, Phil says it's going to be warm today." She couldn't say one paragraph without interjecting his name in there. I finally was so tired of it that the last time we spoke I asked her if we could talk about something other then Phil. Which is why she isn't my friend any more. Jodi was just like that. I have a feeling that even before she killed him she talked about him constantly to anyone she spoke with. She was consumed with the man and she couldn't stand the thought that he would marry someone who wasn't herself. I truly believe that is why she felt she had to kill him. I am sure there were other reasons in there, too, but I am convinced that that her overwhelming obsession was thinking about Travis and Mimi being together.

Ohhhh, this could get FUN!
Here's some more, but I don't know how to decipher it - sorry. I'm hoping the 3/28 one that has description # 23 is ordering the rest of the records - we'll see!

Haha... I just told my boyfriend she sounds like some chipmunks or something eating ...:floorlaugh:

On #13

On why that she knew they wouldnt get married..."when i discovered his ways last year...something that chris and sky said to me last January was do you want to be like Deanna and wait six years...they made jokes like saying if you wait six years and get free breast implants because he bought her breast implants and then he'll (unintelligible)

Ummm. Jodi, that was you with Darylll! And perhaps they were making fun of you as obvious you have them alread at the time the Hughes knew you!

And....
How did she enter house ....and she would never answer and change subject....which leads me back to thinking that he did not know she was coming!

Also on this one, intersting that she is asked more than a few times if he knew she was coming or

BBM

See now this didn't make sense to me at all. Det. Flores said that Travis never locked his house, he was too trusting, and Jodi talked about that movie and that was why house wasn't locked. So then why ask how she got in?

I just started watching video 14 and I feel so sorry for Det. Flores. She is finally admitting that she was there and I could tell he was salivating, thinking he was going to finally get the true story and boom, she comes out with her half azzed story that even she knew no one would believe but it was the best she could do on the fly. She was under pressure and she knew she had to say something and she certainly wasn't going to admit the truth so out comes the fairy tale ala Arias.

Since this isn't really an article, but instead a tweet, I'm going to copy the rest of post 644 - Let me know if this is not OK Mods.

Here is a transcript of the ruling:

The Court has reviewed the redacted and unredacted copies of Ms. LaViolette’s notes.

Rule 15.2(c)(2), Ariz.R.Crim.P., provides that a defendant shall provide the State with the
names and addresses of experts expected to be called in the trial, along with the experts’ reports.
The underlying policy of discovery rules is to “facilitat[e] the search for the truth and prevent[ ]
surprise.” State v. Roque, 213 Ariz.193, 207, ¶ 33, 141 P.3d 368, 382 (2006). Rule 15.2(e)(2),
Ariz.R.Crim.P., provides the defendant shall provide any completed written reports, statements
and examination notes made by experts in connection with that case. The facts or data in a
particular case upon which an expert bases an opinion or inference may be those perceived by or
made known to the expert at or before the hearing. The expert must disclose all facts or data
considered by them in reaching their conclusions. This includes facts or data, even that which
was considered and rejected. Notes taken by an expert witness regarding interviews of witnesses
or a defendant, or regarding testing, are information the expert has considered in forming an
opinion. Such information is discoverable and may be delved into on cross examination. See
Rules 703 and 705, Ariz.R.Evid. and State v. Mauro, 159 Ariz. 186, 199, 766 P.2d 59, 72 (1988).

Defendant contends some of Ms. LaViolette’s notes should not be disclosed because they
constitute work product. See Rule 15.4(b)(1), Ariz.R.Crim.P. The work product doctrine is not
absolute and is waived if the party elects to present the expert as a witness. State ex rel. Corbin v.
Ybarra, 161 Ariz. 188, 193, 777 P.2d 686, 691 (1989). As noted, the defendant has noticed her
intention to call Ms. LaViolette as an expert witness in the guilt phase. She has therefore waived
the work product privilege and her right against self-incrimination with respect to work prepared
by Ms. LaViolette. See State v. Sucharew, 205 Ariz. 16, 22, 66 P.3d 59, 65 (App. 2003).
The court finds the defendant failed to establish providing Ms. LaViolette’s notes violate
her rights under the 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution or Art.
2 §§ 4, 15, 23 and 24 of the Arizona Constitution.

SHE HAS THEREFORE WAIVED WORK PRODUCT PRIVILEDGE!!!!!

GO JUAN!!

Nevermind, I was in the wrong section, wandering off to read it now.

ETA: Grrr, no minute orders.

Video #6

@3:10 LOL! Jodi in handcuffs awkwardly scratches the back of her head. A few seconds later she bends at the waist and scratches her head agains the rim of the table.

@ 5:00 Det RB has just uncuffed the perp and pulls her chair around to establish a face to face position. Then she scoots between the wall and the table and reaches for the small recorder. Watch the expression on Jodi's face. IT'S HILARIOUS. Her reaction is like "OH CR@P! They've got me on tape. What did I say when I was talking to myself?"

I don't know how Det. Flores was able to refrain from laughing out loud when Jodi went into her fake ninja intruders story. Did she really think he was that gullible? She is still so obsessed with Travis. When speaking with the female detective, she became totally alive when she talked about him, the same as she did on the stand. Very twisted woman.
