She's still showing in Putnam jail and court dockets haven't been updated yet.
Doesn't Florida have a statute of limitations on his alleged crime? Is that only for time to file a charge, or does FL statute of limitations require resolution within a certain timeframe also? This alleged crime was in 2007 and it's really a mockery that it's still not resolved, and with him out on bail the whole time to boot! Delay after delay after delay. It's gotten beyond ridiculous, IMO. After all, it's not a civil offense or something minor that he's accused of.
The best thing that happened to the Cummings/Croslin families was spending some/or alot of time incarcerated. They learned heath, discipline, rules, sobriety, non-nicotine, etc.
With the taxpayers of Florida's money.......
