Snodgrass hasn't been to trial or pled out (that I know of) therefore he has not been convicted or sentenced.

Doesn't Florida have a statute of limitations on his alleged crime? Is that only for time to file a charge, or does FL statute of limitations require resolution within a certain timeframe also? This alleged crime was in 2007 and it's really a mockery that it's still not resolved, and with him out on bail the whole time to boot! Delay after delay after delay. It's gotten beyond ridiculous, IMO. After all, it's not a civil offense or something minor that he's accused of.

I suppose if this is unsuccessful he will file a SC appeal. He just will not accept this *injustice* that has been served upon him.

The State has Ron right where they want him, literally and figuratively.
First of all, he cant tell the truth about his daughter because then if he did, he would be a child killer. If he doesn't his deal is yanked and he will be almost 80 when he gets out. What he will do is when they yank his deal, he will then be left with his last bargaining chip, that being the fate of Haleigh. He will always lie about what he really did and how she died, but will strike another deal with the state to get another deal and less time if he tells where she is. He is a user, hes a conniving manipulative predator and he will use his daughter to his advantage when it suits him.
I think everyone instead of being mad at PCSO should be so happy he is at LEAST behind bars. As long as hes locked up, to me thats justice for Haleigh.
