It was a thought. I've known girls who are gorgeous who will use xyz drug as a way to maintain or lose weight. I'm in no way saying this is the case at all, I guess I was trying to find a reason for any possible use. If there was any. Because to me it doesn't look as if she'd use, for any reason.

I completely understood where you were coming from.

All the "dancers" here are heavily into drugs to stay thin, hoping for a modeling or acting gig one day. Pot is the lightest of the ones they use, all the other biggies, coke, heroin, meth, and crack are the ones they get into. If they live past their mid-20's they usually end up being people in and out of jail the rest of their lives as they are now addicted, because some not so nice person told them this drug will keep them slim and pretty.

Not saying Alexis did this either, I just understood what you were saying.

Heh. She joked that she ate like a man, and had pictures at restaurants that attested to this. Pot, if she even did it, would more likely cause her to gain weight rather than lose it. Sounds to me like she wasn't too concerned with her weight, and from the looks of her pics and with her athletic background she had no reason to be.

This is likely the case, I was just throwing it out there as one other way he may have had a connection if the drug use were true. Like I said its unlikely and so is this scenario but I tend to try and think of other angles.

Long time WS reader but just registered today. While following this case I can't help but think of The Colonial Parkway murders/disappearances from 1986-1989. (8) murders/missing, long speculated that the predator was posing as LE.
These crimes were committed in Yorktown/Williamsburg, Smithfield, also a rest stop in New Kent County off I-64. All within approx. 2 hours of Charlottesville.

those 5 locations are within steps of rt. 29, I know it one of the few 'main' corridors through the area, but those 5 places are right on 29!

I believe they have DNA on the Morgan Harrington killer, and it's linked to a black man from northern Virginia/DC area.

After getting in, you can see who owns this property too. Iirc, I saw court records on this person last night when the white page neighborhood links were posted and listed all those names, but I'll double check before I say more.

People that smoke weed gain weight, not lose. I can see it being a weight thing if she was doing coke or meth, but not weed.
People you would never think of as drug users smoke pot. It is readily available everywhere.

According to the last one of five Virginia addresses, he never strayed far from Charlottesville. In fact it is almost exactly center. Does he have family there? Was he raised there or near?

Also wanted to put out the theory that the suppliers of dealers no matter their age, tend to be a bit older and more often than not are creepy in one way or another.

I must respectfully disagree. I know some people that sell that are perfectly normal. Professionals, home owners, parents.

Charlottesville police have repeatedly refused to confirm they're looking for a black man, despite the appearance of the sketch. If there is a connection they'll know right away, though, because I'm sure the first thing they did was grab his DNA sample.
