I looked at the pics....I wasn't sure that it was the same person until I saw that this person is wearing a necklace that has a "boss" charm on it. Shantai Shelton's facebook page is "shantai bosslady shelton"

Yes, I think it could be the same person. Also, look at this one: Shayy Mo'Niquee. Some of the same pics.

They may not have known he was LE. IMO

My friend's daughter went to University of Richmond some years ago and she and her roommate were driving in the evening to go get food. A car passed them then got behind them and rode their bumper. No matter how fast the girls went, the car stayed on them. They eventually were able to lose them by entering a parking garage and hiding under other cars. This was gang related. To prove a gang member was worthy, they had to go out and shoot an innocent person. The guys in the car were trying to get the girls to slow down or pull over. They are very lucky to be alive.

Not normally. However, it is not unheard of. Gang leaders have been known to order hits on ALL LE personnel in the past. It can be due to reorganization within the gang because something has happened to the leader or for various other reasons.

I think the gang might be 607 , maybe 609 It was 600 something. According to photos I have seen. Tats and that . Altho here it is common for the gang name to reflect your location ,city or subdivision so Mineral would have a gang ID ,then members of the gang could ID with old areas or family area's etc.

A road number could be a gang number.

I was only able to check in long enough to read what I had missed, so I cannot double check at the moment. But I believe that Shantai does actually have a twin. Wanted to throw that out real quick, so no one is unknowingly sleuthing family.

A CBS 6 investigation revealed that 31-year-old Anthony Stokes and 22-year-old Gert Wright, also known as Halisi Uhuru, were recently released from prison.
In fact, 31-year-old Anthony Stokes spent 12 years, nearly half of his life in prison for crimes he committed when he was just 19. He was convicted on possession of a weapon, robbery, kidnapping and use of a firearm charges.
Wright was just 16-years-old when he was sentenced to seven years in prison. He was convicted of a number of crimes, including robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was also convicted of participating in a gang.
Stokes was released from prison in October and Wright was released in December.

Do you mean Mersadies? I had to double check, but it doesn't appear so.

Mathis and his 20-year-old sister Mersadies Shelton were arrested in connection with Quick’s disappearance.
Mathis is facing several felonies, and his bond was denied. His 24-year-old sister Shantai was also arrested on an unrelated charges.

Since they were charged as such: PRINCIPLE 2ND DEGREE - CAPITAL MURDER: DURING ABDUCT, I don't think the three exceptions apply and can be ruled out.

Thank you! Why didn't I check there in addition to looking at the arrest warrant? Silly me. Though, I am still puzzled as to why the charges are listed at Class 1 felonies (capital murder) rather than a Class 2 felonies (first degree murder).

This makes it even more disgusting that these 2 JUST got out of jail. So many people lost a good man because of thugs.

Quick went missing the night of Friday, Jan. 31 after leaving his mother’s home in Afton en route to visit his four-month-old daughter’s mother in Turtle Creek Apartments in Albemarle County. He never arrived. His phone was not used after 10:49 p.m. that Friday night. His bank account was accessed at an ATM at 11:40 p.m. that same evening in Fork Union and again on Saturday Feb. 1 at 11:29 p.m. in Manassas.

A search of Quick’s vehicle, which was found in Mineral the morning of Monday, Feb. 3 was searched and a variety of evidence was found including gloves, a wallet and its contents, a box of cigarettes with a green leafy substance. According to police, no weapons have been found yet.

State Police still have not positively identified the body as Quick, but are now calling this a death investigation due to the amount of time passed since his disappearance.

You can see the Blood affiliation written all over Halisi Uhuru's (Gert Wright's) face. I first noticed the triple O's then looked closer and noticed much more.
