From Coy Barefoot article regarding Hannah being seen....I call BS (on the bar employee that was speaking.) who said that Hannah was not there, but a "chubbier girl with a sequin top." Good one...Hannah was in there! IMHO

Charlottesville Police Chief Tim Longo has said publicly that a single witness saw LJ Matthew and Hannah Graham together inside Tempo drinking together.
“It’s possible some people were confused,” Gallagher says. “Because most of the night there was a woman here with friends, sitting at the end of the bar, wearing a sequined crop top. But it wasn’t Hannah. It was a woman a few years older than Hannah, and she was shorter and chubbier. My guess is some people remember seeing that other woman here, and because they were dressed similarly, maybe they think that was Hannah. I’ve asked around. I haven’t talked to anyone who was here that night who remembers seeing Hannah inside drinking.”

I think she was totally there! I hope they can prove it and shut that place down just because the guy seems like a douche who cares more about his business/ money than a missing girl! Hope cops watch that place and catch him serving minors ... Sorry but I'm ticked!! rant over .. For now ..

I think it more likely that he walked back to his car and got a spare t-shirt....perhaps the one he was wearing at the game earlier as assistant coach?

In the Tuel and Sals videos, even at full screen, its hard to make out some details...but I remember thinking there was black writing across the front of the shirt. Perhaps it said Covenant or Assistant Coach?

IMo its not at all that unusual for a single guy to have a spare set of clothes in the car...his laundry may even have been back there.

LOL - you're right he did, I was shocked at how calm, cool and collected he acted, like he was on a vacation in a nice motel and he was making complaints to the front desk.

And works in good standing as an OR nurse ? I am going to need direct evidence in this case.....and so far we he zip, and warrants sealed for 180 days. He doesn't fit the profile so far. And where r reports coming from in msm that she was driving his car? If anyone knows links pls and Ty!!

How did HG get drunker as the night went by. Door man said she could not even walk without JLM holding her up as they left. Yet she was walking and running around town ?

all around college campuses there are predators who move and live in the area just for that purpose. A sexual predator always move to locations where they have easy access to victims. a pedophile near schools etc. or take jobs where they have access to their victims, a teacher, coach , etc etc.

I would expand this to say that not only do predators live near college campuses but all the kind of people who fell off the tracks and aren't going very far in life. Campuses are easy places to live with little money. THere is a high proportion of transients so its easy to be an oddball and yet fit in without being noticed.

Its kind of unfortunate because the very students who live on campus are those who may not be mature or old enough to recognize a predator or dangerous person. They are still on the honeymoon phase of "I'm an adult, living on my own, making my own choices of where I go and how late I stay up!".

He's an orderly and new reports say maybe a patient care tech or assistant. Not a nurse.

I can respect that position. I would be inclined to think the same, but if HE was inside, why wouldn't she have gone in too? And if it's b/c there was a bouncer and she wasn't old enough, then wouldn't that bouncer have remembered her trying to get in.... ??

Not only that but if she was as out of it as they are saying, he was inside, who's supporting her? If she was laying or sitting on the ground I'm sure someone would have took notice.

JM isn't a nurse. He was an orderly, then elevated to assistant. Setting up OR, helping staff etc.

Personally, my definition of "incapacitated" means she can't walk...

The same employee says she saw JM come out the side door and then he and Hannah were walking away. There seems to be a missing piece to the story there. :waitasec:

Practice.. I don't think he's that scared person everyone was making him out to be.. Quite the opposite and ballsy.. Nerves of steel that only comes from practice.. JMO

You don't approach a single woman on the beach and stare her down when your wanted and it's all over the news.. Nerves is what that takes.. She's lucky she wasn't raped too or worse.

All he does is transport people. He can have some type of mental illness and still function through most of daily life.

What do you mean he doesn't fit the profile? Didn't I tell you yesterday about Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy being pillars of the community and so on. Both were also mentally ill also.

So when jm drove up to that lady alone on the beach for a closer look see.. Wonder if she'd been 21ish if we wouldn't have had another victim? Seems like it to me.. Why else would he approach her in such a manner and stare her down?

It's interesting because she said she looks a lot like a Hannah which I find quite funny. Twice her age and IMO - not even close. I think she's being a tad dramatic. He was likely just surprised to find someone there thus the reason he left so quickly. Again, JMO.

Yes, I am having problems reconciling the female ID checker's seemingly very good memory regarding JM, but no memory regarding Hannah (only that she saw her outside after last call).

I do not wish to accuse her of anything, in fact I am very glad that she has come forth with her recollections, which are VERY important in piecing together what happened that night.

However, it's just odd that, because of her interactions with JM from earlier that night, I would think she would have remembered him if he was standing outside Tempo with Hannah until 1:45 or later.

If Hannah was not inside, then why did he order 2 drinks? And if he brought the drinks outside to drink with Hannah, wouldn't the door-girl have seen them and remembered them? From earlier (1st time at Tempo that night), she said she remembered that he kept coming outside to smoke.

That part is confusing. Where was Hannah during that time?

I feel like the bar does not want to admit that JM could have slipped outside with two drinks and given one to Hannah. Also, if she had been inside, surely more than one person, right or wrong, would say so? She would be very noticeable, especially if she came in with JM. They would not all be in it to protect the bar, jmo.

Also, I wonder what people who knew him since before his football days compared to now say; did his personality change after football? I know it has been brought up before, but we are learning more daily about brain damage from football, several of the players having damage at a young age, not just dementia and other issues later on. Also wonder if his bad behavior worsens when drinking...some people are allergic or cannot handle alcohol at all. (John Lennon was one.)
