Amber Heard: '
I haven't lied about anything'
After appearing visibly distressed, Amber Heard is now being cross-examined by one of Johnny Depp's team.
Asked why the case has been hard for her, Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez says Heard's "
lies have been exposed to the world multiple times, right?"
"
I haven't lied about anything I've been here to say," Heard says.
Depp's lawyer asks about an allegation of the actor being violent in Hicksville in the summer of 2013.
She says that Heard's witness and former best friend Rocky Pennington did not corroborate the actress's claim that Depp had grabbed a woman's wrist as he was jealous.
The manager of the trailer park where they were staying gave evidence on Monday, the court is reminded. Heard says she did not recgonise the witness.
She says this man "
wasn't there" and certainly does not know what happened behind closed doors.
Ms Vasquez puts it to Heard that she was the one who was jealous. Heard says this is incorrect.
Now Ms Vasquez moves on to Heard's restraining order against Depp, filed in May 2016. She says Heard said she had "
no idea" that press would be outside the courthouse.
"
I said I did not have anything to do with it," Heard says.
Ms Vasquez says Heard was not "
shocked at all" when she saw paparazzi as she left the courthouse as she knew they would be there.
Heard denies alerting US entertainment site TMZ that she would be at the court.
Asked about testimony from a former TMZ employee given yesterday to say they had been tipped off by a verified source, Heard says when it is put to her that it must have come from her team: "
Absolutely not. Why would I want that? What survivor of domestic violence wants that?"
Heard is then asked about the video of Depp banging kitchen cupboards, which was published by TMZ, and agrees she filmed it but says she had nothing to do with its release.
She says it is "
news to me" that TMZ owns the copyright to the video.
