Paul has 2 sets of pictures. In the 2nd one he looks considerably different. I have no doubt drugs are going to come into the picture based on his changed look alone.

that mugshot pic in the blue was prob from diff arrest. He has records from yrs ago. Probably what they had in system. Hair is shorter/diff style in the one with white. Due to Ashley having on white, the one with white is prob the one from today for Paul also.

If you check out the story from a page or two back, they met in junior high and dated since high school. The friend who introduced them was the girl who was murdered at 16 by her mother's bf.

And if it's something she admitted to someone, that it's something she'd done in the past to make him go to sleep well why on earth didn't that person report this to the authorities?

They could have tested her the day after noah went missing when they took her (or possibly just swabbed her mouth/body if it it was something along the lines of meth b/c it leaves residue or heroin if used as a sleeping agent and rubbed in the mouth). JMO I just can't believe we are discussing this ... poor noah and abigail!

Both Paul and Ashley have FBI #s. I found this as an explanation on a Google search: It means someone submitted your fingerprints to the FBI. This could be for a state crime, or it may have been for a background check or security clearance. In addition to those arrested and/or charged with felonies, two other groups of people have FBI numbers -- those with law enforcement backgrounds and those with security clearances.

I know they say that hindsight is 20/20, but since this case started, it's seemed obvious that those in little Noah's community "knew" something was amiss in his home............the posts stating little Noah seemed to take more quickly to men than women, his Mom not being a friendly neighbor, the parents being known to "keep to themselves", etc. And from reading the many comments online (comments to news articles, on the Missing FB page), it seems it was no 'secret' that little Noah didn't have a great home life, members of the community believing his parents were into drugs, the rumors about them giving him heroin, ............I guess what I'm saying is........it kind of frustrates me that it seems fair to say that those around him knew that things weren't good in his home life, so did anyone ever call LE to report suspicions or concerns? It's always so sad and frustrating to me when a sweet little child dies directly/indirectly due to abuse and then everyone comes out of the woodwork to claim they saw 'signs' that something was amiss, the rumors about the parents come up, etc. It makes me want to scream "why did it take the death of this child for you to NOW come forward and share your concerns/suspicions?!!!

I've been following this case but haven't posted until now. God I just hate cases involving children! I try not to read them, but I usually end up following some of these cases, but not usually posting on them. From the info given before the arrests of the parents, I believed the parents were responsible for Noah's disappearance and when Noah was found in the septic tank, I was waiting for them to be arrested.

The red flags for me were the parents being invisible throughout all of this. No pleas to the public, not a good sign at all. Their silence said a lot to me! I got the very strong impression they were hiding from the media and community because of guilty knowledge. No scenario could explain their absence through the searches and then when Noah was found that made any sense to me. In fact this red flag was the biggest red flag to me.

Noah being found in the septic tank was the other big red flag. Noah never left the yard. Noah didn't disappear Sunday. In order for Noah to be put in that septic tank, whatever happened to him happened before Sunday. I believe Noah died and was put in that tank Saturday night at the latest. IMO.

Changing timeline, I can't remember at the moment, but didn't the time and length of AW's "nap" time change? Another red flag when there's a change in the timeline.

LE stating parents were being "monitored" was another red flag. Never heard that one before, but that said all it needed to IMO.

It's been very hard to not think about this case and what may have happened to Noah. What I think happened was AW & PT or one of them gave Noah some drugs to get him to sleep, and he was either unconscious or dead before they put him in that tank. At least I hope that's how he died, because the alternatives to that are even more terrible. What gets to me though is why did they put Noah in that septic tank?

How could AW & PT put Noah, their little boy in that septic tank? Another poster, I think it was Passionflower, made a post asking how could they use the toilet knowing where they put Noah. That post was right on, and hit me like a ton of bricks. I don't mean to sound crude here, but the cold hard truth is that every time they used the toilet, they knowingly ***** on the body of their little boy. The little boy THEY put in that tank. For me this is the most unforgivable part of this. How could they defile this beautiful little boy in the most hideous, ghastly and vile manner that they did? How could they?

I hope that Noah's baby sister is placed and adopted by a loving family that does not include either of the parents family members. This baby needs to be with a family that has no ties to AW & PT. IMO.

I have a friend whose great granddaughter she got custody of because of the mother/father (its her grandson dtr) were into meth. They shaved an area on the back neckline of her and the testing was positive for being in near meth. They can tell somehow by the concentration. Her great grand dtr was 4 or something like that.

I also have a few friends who are Foster Parents, from what I understand when a child goes into foster care a physical is done on the child. Possible misunderstand but seems probable that they do get seen by medical prof. For paper trail on why the child is in foster care and how condition when received into foster care. JMHO

I apologize before I say this as I am late into following this. I read few posts that stated (sorry if I misquote) that LEO or someone was familiar with either Noah or the family. I also remb seeing CPS possibilities... which makes me wonder if he had been taken into foster care prior. (maybe folks did speak up before?) But I do know what you mean, after the fact people seem to come out of the woodwork in many topics saying they suspected or knew...

I found a news article which appears to relate to *this* PRT in your link, who seems to now be deceased; he was 48 years old in 2011 when he was found decomposing in the back seat of a vehicle parked in a parking lot in Maryland after being reported missing 3 months earlier. When they identified him they found his name was PRT who had outstanding charges in Virginia:

He was also wanted by Stafford County, Virginia authorities for charges filed March 4, 2011 for failure to appear on a driving under the influence, and felony hit and run charges.

An autopsy was conducted on June 8, 2011 at the state medical office in Northern Virginia. Dental records were received from Manassas, Virginia to aid in the identification of the deceased.

A positive identification was made by the medical examiner today. The deceased was identified as Paul Raymond Thomas, age 48 of Jefferson, Maryland, formerly of West Street in Manassas, Virginia.
