JMO
Yes, she is up to no good here. I think that notebook was the same one that Jodi was writing in about a week ago. I saw Jodi writing in that same notebook. I wonder if that is her "manifesto".

They are both up to no good. This is just speculation, but I think the mitigation specialist and Jodi have been passing stuff back and forth for quite awhile now. Back when the first pill popping episode happened when Jodi was definiltey sneaking taking it on camera, I always wondered if it was more than just headache medicine she got that day. Once it was public, those 2 have been much more sneaky about things, but before then, they always hugged each other when whispering stuff in their ears and there was plenty of time to pass small things between them.

Jodi is constantly looking for ways to break the rules while in jail. Remember she has already been caught with pens and remember she passed those secret notes in magazines.

She will be caught again soon. It is just a matter of time before she breaks another serious rule in prison. She is pure evil and thinks she can outsmart the system.

She is allowed to communicate with her own defense team.

At some point didn't she say she had to wash in the desert with water from her trunk ?

And I suppose she had an emergency first aid kit in that rental car trunk too? Didn't she show up at Ryan's with her finger bandaged? Wonder if she wrapped that up at Travis' house before she left? I don't think I recall any of her blood being found anywhere other than the palm print?

Did you get a virus? As for her friend Donovan, doesn't she have a charge of arson ?

Donovan better be careful, isn't she on probation ? IMO not a good crowd to run with, albeit a crowd of one.

Nope, but it wasn't for their lack of trying! LOL I have great antivirus protection or I'd be sunk. It's not just Donovan but some very fervent supporters from all sort of those kinds of sites. They are monitoring Twitter, Facebook, independent sites, etc. and picking out their targets. And it will get worse once she's convicted of M1, no doubt about that too.
My grown kids have told me that I'm gonna get myself in trouble one of these days, because I don't back down against wrong and evil, in real life as well as online. :) I live alone in a huge old farmhouse not far from the beach. If I hear a noise, I don't hide under the bed. I grab either the metal baseball bat or the shotgun (which I know how to fire, and it's registered) and head toward the noise, inside or out.
I don't scare easily. Ever.
I cannot imagine believing JA to begin with. But to inflict damage to folks who disagree with you? Sounds like birds of a feather :)

I thought the palm print was Travis?

Strategy.
She will use that as part of her appeal once sentenced. It wasn't her fault, it was his apathy that sunk her....

Hi Pferrin,

I promise not to keep you up so late tonight. Thank You for your shoulders to lean on. tonight and tomorrow it's ambien for me.

(:)seeya:))

i heart you you can always count on my shoulders...we are here for each other. We are family.

Willmott's accusatory question of Dr. DeMarte on why she didn't interview Travis was a keeper.

Truly astonishing. At that point I was convinced JW had crossed over into a reallllllllllllllllly bad place. She was completely gone mentally. I will never, as long as I live, forget her challenging Dr. Horn REPEATEDLY about whether the bullet entered the brain or not. You can't make this **** up.

ALV gets the prize for the most :help: moments of the trial- 1) saying "no" to a juror's question about whether or not JA was the bigger perpetrator of domestic violence and 2) deliberately lying about JA telling her that TA was viewing pornographic images on the computer.

RS gets a nod for the most unintentionally funny moment when Juan cornered him about having feelings for JA. "I BEG YOUR PARDON SIR...." :floorlaugh:

I just want you all to know that I don't bring up my life for anything other than relating it to the subject at hand. What I was trying to say is that I would have ran out of the house, right on to he front lawn. No further, and screamed for some help. The fog is garbage, just smoke and mirrors. It is not how it would happen. I would not be there clean up, no nothing, just a cry for help. JA is a liar and the Devil incarnate. She didn't only Kill and slaughter Travis but she hurt and stuck a knife in anyone that has really livied through Domestic Violence. But, I still don't hate her. Just want her to get the Death Penalty. She is evil.

I hope it is burned in the juries mind that the defendant said she returned the gas can to the same WM. No reason for Juanderful to bring in the representative to dispute it if there weren't her own words saying she had.

I have a hard time remembering a lot of things JA has said... aka lied about... in this trial, but that is one thing I distinctly remember her saying and haven't forgotten. Hopefully the jury hasn't either.

When my twin boys were 9, one of them was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes. Before we could take him home from the hospital (he had been in a coma) our whole family had to learn to give him an insulin shot. This included his siblings. We had to practice by injecting an orange.

My husband and the other 3 kids did just fine. I couldn't do it. (I know…rotten mother.) I tried and I tried but just couldn't bring myself to stick that damn orange.

The moral is…Dani won't be stabbing anyone, ever! Now, if someone hurts my family or pets I think I could run over them with my car.:fence:

Hardly a rotten mother. I get it completely.

Willmott's accusatory question of Dr. DeMarte on why she didn't interview Travis was a keeper.

That is as bad as this one, from the FCA trial.

Baez to Detective Yuri Melich: “Did you ask her [Casey Anthony] if she ever committed suicide?”

Melich: "No. If she had ever committed suicide, she wouldn’t be able to answer my questions."

I was thinking that it would be awesome if the jurors (knowing that Nurmi and Jodi lied to their faces about the gas cans & walmart return) asked to have the testimony read to them. So everyone piles into court as Judge Stephens reads them the testimony as the jurors stare the defense down. The jurors walk out to the jury room and than give notice of a verdict. I dont know why but i think it would be amazing to rub their faces in the obvious lies in open court. It would be the big message to send to Jodi like they did in their questions they were able to ask.

I also want to know if Nurmi can get sanctioned or fined for such an obvious lie...

Well, Their whole case was a lie. And Wilmott did the same thing, several times. She'd just state something as fact that was the opposite of what was said. They both did it throughout the case.

They also told dr. Geffner that dr. De Marte didn't know what summary scales were, and that is NOT what she said.

Do most folks here believe in an "Eye for an eye?"

An eye for an eye is the principle that a person who has injured another person is penalized to a similar degree, or according to other interpretations the victim receives the value of the injury in compensation.According to Jewish interpretations the victim in criminal law gets financial compensation.

Just curious, I do.

My thoughts about this case are all over the map.

Without doubt, Jodi Arias is guilty. I do NOT believe that the crime could have been self defense or at least not entirely so and even if it were--there would have been an attempt to run out of the apartment crying for help--the sadistic gruesome tortuous killing of Travis shows overkill --which would NOT have been necessary if one was only involved in only saving themselves....she could have hurt/wounded him to disable him enough that she could have run away. I don't see any way around that.
However, my impressions of the prosecutions theory of premeditation is that they weren't really solid.......the oil cans could have been purchased and borrowed simply for use to protect her on a long journey. she didn't attempt to make her using said oil cans a secret--she borrowed from a close friend/former boyfriend and purchased a third at Walmart and kept the receipt.
Coloring her hair wasn't something that she kept secret either or to appear as a disguise--as would have wearing a wig. She could have easily been identified by its length and her other physical attributes. She had pics of herself in the new hair color and of course pics at the victims home with her new brunette "do". That piece of conjecture fell flat with me.

The two biggest pieces of evidence that point towards premeditation and criminal intent are the LICENSE PLATES and the MISSING GUN gun from her grandparents home. We don't know that the gun that was used at the crime scene is the one that was stolen from her grandparents home, but it is very suspicious. I couldn't go with murder one on that suspicion alone though.
The license plates definitely are deviant and looking to avoid detection though.....and my BS detector went on over-drive with the story that she told Ryan about some kids playing with it and that she had "found" it on the ground and thought it was her own.
While I think it is generally in poor taste to have anything to unkind to say about the departed, I do think that Travis was "abusive" and hypocritical though...however in no way did he deserve what happened to him. He was a player --a major flirt and a two timer, etc....they were involved in a sexual relationship that was a bit kinky and had shades of BDSM....most women Jodi's age have had a rotten boyfriend though--many women have engaged in sexual activity with a guy hoping that it would win them love and/or just because they like it. Jodi was a willing participant and even acknowledged that the act of tying her to a tree and putting it up her rear was "so debasing....and SHE **LIKED** IT" That sounds like a dominant submissive relationship to a degree.... I don't like Jodi Arias...she is not a sympathetic person, but I also don't like for women to be shamed about their sexuality while the man is just sewing his wild oats. He procured the relationship with her--gave her lots of mixed messages and was ambivalent about giving her up...after all, he said himself on the phone that he was making her his number one priority on his upcoming trip. She wasn't his stalker....(even if she was a jealous girlfriend and did idiotic stupid crap that jealous females do- he made her doubt and she was right--he was cheating) and he wasn't afraid of her.......if he did he would have reported it to the police. The most I can make out of their relationship is that is was immature and toxic. Neither one was getting what they wanted entirely out of it and neither one was willing to let it go either.
Was there only ONE gun shot? There never was any discussion of a possible struggle with the gun and other shots going off--I have only read of the one gun shot--which struck me as odd--and if it was first and she proceeded to torture him with the knife then she is beyond evil..
I also agree with one of the the above posts as well that said that the defense point that she didn't take him out immediately makes her mission to kill (First Degree) seem not as plausible.

My guess is that she is going to be found guilty of Murder 2/ manslaughter.

I wonder if KN will still think it's rape when a woman is being penetrated while she is sleeping and unable to give consent to sex when it's one of the low life scum he defends is the accused? I am so looking forward to Monday. I really like the idea of JA having to come to court/holding cell everyday the Jury deliberates. I hope I see JA working on a chain gnag, LOL that thought makes me laugh!

I have a hard time remembering a lot of things JA has said... aka lied about... in this trial, but that is one thing I distinctly remember her saying and haven't forgotten. Hopefully the jury hasn't either.

BBM: The one thing I distinctily remember JA saying and haven't forgotten is the "no jury will convict me" interview and that smugness she displayed.

JA will soon have to

EAT. HER. WORDS.

While watching the trial I have usually been working, cleaning and doing other things so I haven't had much time to actually read online about Travis. I read some posts here and stuff, but I went to his blog today and read his own words. I watched you tube videos and actually seen who he was.

Travis could have been known for many things. Because of Jodi instead of being known as a great speaker or a great writer he is known as her victim. I have seen interviews where he is described as a wonderful friend and a great man. I think that she has violated him in a way that goes beyond anything a person with feelings would be capable of. It goes beyond her fighting for her life.

Although I don't think Travis was perfect I think he tried his best to be a good person. That is actually more then what most people do. He reached out and actually cared for others. He wanted to make people around him happy. He was known for his sense of humor and his kindness from what his friends and family have said. Because of this trial he is known for being murdered. His life taken out of context and his worst moment is out there for the world to see.

In my opinion Jodi will never know or understand peoples hatred because she doesn't understand feelings. If she had an ounce of love for Travis she would have taken whatever the prosecution had given her. I thought about it, what if I snapped, killed someone and honestly was in some sort of "fog". If I had butchered someone like she did Travis. If I had killed a wonderful person even if that person called me bad names and hurt me, I could not do what she has done. I don't think I could live with myself knowing I was capable of doing what she did. I think I could kill someone to protect myself and the ones I love, but this goes beyond that. I don't think her life was in danger. I don't think someone who wasn't a cold blooded killer could butcher someone.

All she cares about is that her name will be linked with Travis ... for all eternity. Killing him was the only way to keep him quiet and to keep him with her forever.

Sick and twisted.
