I wouldn't want that for sure. But if I did have a child that murdered someone (and they know she did) I certainly would not post that the Alexanders owe HER an apology for how Travis treated Jodi either.

Listen I get that she may have done some things that are in bad taste. I just can not imagine what this has all cost them. The victims here first and foremost is Travis and his loved ones, But I don't know how much damage has been done to Her mom and family.
I am not making any excuses just saying for me, this has to have ruined their lives completely.

I think mother Arias has only changed her view so she can proceed to make as much money off of her daughter and this trial as possible. She knows very well she is guilty and evil and greed is the motivating factor now.

You can't do it in the US either. Ethically, JB must have thought Casey would take the stand and tell her BS story. Or perhaps he thought George would crack and confess on the stand. Assuming he was following the rules of ethics.

This may not be popular but I consider her collateral damage. This is 7 years now of her life too. I can not imagine what it is like for her to have a convicted murderer as a sister who is cruel and crazy.

I can chalk this up to someone who has also been damaged by the train wreck that is JA.

I agree with you. I did a lot of reading this weekend on narcissistic mothers and their effect on their children. IMO, Sandy may have some narcissistic traits and unfortunately those impacted the kids. Sandy seemed off to me in court, as did her sister; the only emotion I saw was them seemingly laughing. At any other time there was nothing readable on their faces. And their subsequent actions just baffle me - the asking for donations video, hurtful tweets and posts about the Alexanders. IDK, just odd.

Whatever its flaws, what a magnificent system for justice we are privileged to have, that we wait as 12 ordinary people discuss and decide what penalty a vicious murderer best deserves.

(Watching State of the Union speeches has the same affect on me.....the sight of seeing folks from all branches of the government peacefully assembling, despite their differences, never fails to move me).
