How the heck do the media have sources who can reveal the jury is divided? Are they inside with the jurors? This drives me nuts. Guess MDLR is gossiping with Keifer again. And apparently, Keifer is the go to guy for the rest of the media. Nice and cozy.

I would think that if there was a verdict, Juan would pull the Alexander's aside and let them know. Even if they used the ploy they did last time with saying it was a jury question, when it was indeed the verdict, I'm sure the family knew the truth. Any of the tweeting reporters mentioned anything about seeing the family in the courthouse today?

If this is true, why would anyone be surprised? The way JSS let the DT slander the victim and drag out the proceedings for months, there was no way this jury would unanimously agree on a sentence.

I'm sure you are joking but please don't start. I started smoking at 14 and now I have COPD and only have 20% lung function at the age of 54. Take a walk around the neighborhood instead.

I shouldn't joke about smoking or drinking. It's just that this trial is beyond frustrating especially the inaccurate tweets and secrecy.

This is a case of "firsts" for me.

One of them happened today.

This is the 1st case I have seen where during critical juror deliberations stage, the judge asks the Defense + State lawyers to meet her in the hallway to talk secretly. Kind of like junior high school if you ask me.

I've taken my deep breaths and prepared myself for the worst. I'm ok with whatever happens, as long as it includes Jodi dying in Perryville.

I hope everyone else is preparing themselves as well. Let's all say a quiet prayer that she was CONVICTED and in the grand scheme of things, that's what matters.

Make it stop!!!! Who but the jurors would be in the position to know an exact split?? I don't believe it. If God forbid there is a split, I do NOT believe it is 8-4. Stifle it, Nancy Grace.
