If the jury right now is telling the judge that they are hung, will the judge now accept that in the secret session and dismiss the jury OR will there be an additional formal proceeding with everyone in the courtroom for the public announcement? TIA

They have to read it in court like they did the first time around.

Since a civil attorney was with the Alexanders I do not think that the recent activity in the courtroom has anything at all to do with the jury.

Cool it guys!!!!! you are feeding into much of this......... the jury are still deliberating no news= good news...... I think the jury were not deadlocked.. maybe on the edge.... media needs to stop reporting every move of Alexanders..

This is all so gut wrenching. I hope that the entire Alexander clan feel the love and support of all the people wishing Justice for Travis. I feel sick to my stomach, annoyed and so very sad. I cannot imagine how THEY feel. Sending lots of love and strength to the Alexander's and also to the WS community.
