Just so you know there is in fact a differents between African American voices and white Americans. I spend sometimes 50/60 hrs a week taking calls from clients (most clients from New York, Boston area) and trust me you can tell. And not because of education, or the words being used.
African american have a higher frequency perturbation...higher amplitude perturbation....and a lower harmonics noise ratio. So that basically means that on average African American male voices have more tone and loudness than white male voices. So the fact that the only two people to hear the dude said he is whit then I'm going with that.

And btw urban dictionary holds no merret. My definition of the name Sally is still in there from when I was 17.

A person of mixed race. i.e. someone who's parents are of different races making them half of each parent. therefore they are halfbreeds. Mostly deeling with half white half bleck kids who still think they're all black.

I come from a diverse background. My mother is half white and half Pilipino. My dad is black. As most people would say at my school: I’m a “half breed”. My high school is predominately black. So I do get made fun of a lot.

1) LISK looks down on Amanda. She is inferior to him, cause she's half-breed.

2) If half is "bad" what is "good"? Full is good. So, he is above Amanda, he is full.

Emre, I'm just not sleuthing you, sorry I won't do it even if you ask nicely. If you want to read back all of my comments I've made here it's quite possible I've described my racial background at some point. But I've no clue why what color I am (or more precisely, what race am I classified as since that's a whole other kettle of fish) matters at all here.
I'm not the killer.

I'm unclear on why this is turning into a "LISK must be either black or white" convo to be honest. This is one of the most racially and ethnically diverse areas in the world, and it's possible that the killer could end up being any combination of (what's classified as) black, white, latino, asian, east asian, pacific islander, american indian, etc. etc. and so on.

I totally agree with you on the frequency. I do think it is hard to confuse a black person for a white one. With women the difference is not so pronounced, but with men it can be really different. So, I'm thinking. I have a "kind of" POI. He is hispanic black. He has ties to a southern state. What if Amanda perceived the southern lingo to that of an old white man'?

Like I said, my main thinking is Amanda wasn't sure perhaps and police made her choose one.

I definitely believe recordings of those calls exist. If a police officer forgets to press the "record" button for a phone call he's tapping then I don't know what to say. Would be great to hear that audio.

One more time, I don't build my theory about a Duo or Trio of killers based on these two testimonies. I think the crime scenes are telling (don't tell me they are dump sites, killing a person is a crime and dumping a body is not?) . Seemed to me it's the work of a Hispanic/Black Duo with ties to some gang affiliation/activity like "Blood Kings" perhaps and probably with some military (combat) experience.

Well with a Hispanic/black American the frequency could be diffrent. I'm sure there are studies out there somewhere on it.
I don't think that the GB4 where killed by the same person and I base that on how they were grouped togeather, the way they were layed out, strangulation, craigslist (granted it could just be because of the times and how escorting works now days)

I have written several times here that I believe Shannan died in the hands of Charles Peter Hackett probably after she was mauled by Michael Pak. (IMO)

What set her off in Brewer's house is a mystery. I once made a wild guess that she was shown snuff.. Really wild guess.

I believe once LISK case is solved Shannan Gilbert case will be solved too, and there will be eggs on faces of certain fat old people.

I wouldn't be suprised if they did show her snuff. Nothing at this point would shock me. I mean something happen regardless of drugs IMO.

I've been around enough. Been to all kinds of parties. Seen people do drugs. Have crazy bipolar relitives. And never once have I just seen a person jump up and scream they are trying to kill me. Call 911 and run. Never.
The drugs could deffently intensify a response but I dont buy it caused her to freak out. Even if they were joking with her something triggered the response bit that's just how I feel.

I surmise you have a Turkish accent coupled with a hint of NY/NJ since you stay in this area often and may even live and work here now*) for white, italian, latino, greek, portuguese, israeli etc. depending on the context you are in and who is doing the categorizing.

I'll venture even further out on my limb and say that I think you may spend a lot of time around older working class white people, possibly in or around a trade union.

If I am way off base and completely wrong I'm not really sure what my being wrong proves, other than it's not all that easy to profile someone's ethnic or racial background based on a handful of things they write on a message board.

My point is: I believe SCPD doesn't want to solve the case and because of that they are creating a Hannibal Lecterish character. It is lifeless. He says victims not to bring their phones, he is a construction worker but somehow he is also the untracable computer genius. He roams Manhattan and LI at nights for no reason other than preying on innocent victims. And to create that character they distort the facts. Like putting the baby on Namus with SEX:Unsure. Try to find that baby girl. You'll see that she's not coming up.

The man who calls Amanda becomes white as a lily. Why no room on that? He has very distinctive white characteristics in his speech? Nowhere those are referred to. And probably they have the recordings. So, if supposedly they want to solve this case why don't they make it public so that someone can recognize?

There's a victim. Asian Male. Dressed in women's clothes. So, why aren't they making his clothes public so that someone can recognize? I suggest a potential match and wrote to every LE Agency I could to get a DNA sample collected. Two people on this forum actually contacted the detectives working on the cases. But for one year, no DNA is collected. Say, I'm wrong. My suggestion is just bull..t. Why wouldn't LE put a DNA sample for a missing 16 yo kid anyway? They should be doing it.

The mom isn't even entered into the database.

Dave Schaller's "Amber didn't take her purse and phone" testimony is pure bull...t. Proven here.

Newspapers were writing Shannan's hyoid bone was missing. But it wasn't. So, why didn't SCPD correct that? I tell you, they love smoke bombs going off. It was her family corrected that mistake.

The victim Jane Doe 2000. She has an intact tattoo. SCPD doesn't make it public. 15 years... How is this woman going to be identified?

Jessica Taylor. She was accidentally identified after 7 months. By her tattoo. Now, I wrote here, the tattoo hunt for Jessica is nonsense. She has a missing person report filed three days ago. Normal procedure is, when you find a body, first place you go is recent missing person reports. SCPD didn't do that. Instead they put a defaced tattoo. Why? What are the odds someone can recognize a defaced tattoo? But it happened. Pure accident.

How was John Bittrolff caught? His brother threw him down the chimney. SCPD sat on the "woodwork waste" evidence for 20 years.

I can write more and more, but really those guys aren't worth it.
