Is there a firm timeline for Victoria? Media reports say that her last sighting was at her home at 9am, and then goes on to say she went to her partners parents home, and then the CCTV sighting. I'm confused by this wording. To me it means that the last confirmed sighting was facetiming with her siblings at her home and that the sightings at his parents home and CCTV are not confirmed? Or am I reading too much into this?

It is confusing.

From the article above ....

Another local said they saw Victoria on Monday morning at around 9am.
The local said they smiled at Victoria and said "Hiya" as she headed towards the library - making them the last person to see her.

How do they know she was headed to the library specifically ? The local person doesn't seem to have intereacted with Victoria, other than to say hello. Or does the report mean she was headed in the direction of the library ?
There is no subsequent report of her being seen inside the library.

And this..............

She is understood to have set off towards a community library in Commercial Street, but has not been seen since.

But, according to the article, she has been seen since ....

She was captured on cctv in the BP garage, around half a mile from Norton Hive Library & Community Hub.
She was pictured on the cameras there at 11.35am wearing a black puffer jacket, camouflage print hat and blue jeans.

And there is this comment from one of her sisters. She says the police are not doing enough and the family are not being given information. So how does Heidi know that Victoria was sighted walking towards the river ?

Victoria's sister Heidi Baker is among the searchers and said she's frustrated with the progress and lack of communication from police so far.
She told The Sun this morning: "We need an update from the police, they are not doing enough.
She went on to say: "It is now four days since she has been missing and seen heading towards the river.

just linking that article again as all my quotes are taken from there

Were the ballcap and backpack the only items of hers they found? Did they say anything about a phone? What time was her IG active? And what was posted? And when does her visit to her fiance's parents fit in? It sounds like that's a bit of misinfo when they said when she was last seen (at an address at 9am?), but it's what they put on her missing poster, so idk.

Did they search her residence?

From the Daily Mail article article I posted above where the boyfriend speaks. The past tense is used.

Cuddling his daughter, he sobbed: 'We live in hope, don't we kid. She was such a good mother to this kid.

Also something not quite right about the CCTV photo, her lips are very heavy covered with lipstick, yet in all her many FB photos there is hardly any with lipstick and friends has said she doesn’t wear any, could she be trying to hide some bruising? What about this missing time that morning?

I had not wanted to say but her lip did look busted in the CCTV but it could just be the quality.

attached is a map of her possible route. I've chosen this route as after leaving the garage you can go towards the Derwent to the library or you can go the opposite way. Seeing as sighting state she was seen walking towards the Derwent, this is the route I've chosen.

if she wanted to jump into the derwent....she didn't need to wander around Norton all morning!

she looks disguised to me and that is not how a suicidal woman would look......but i could be wrong and have been before :)

The Instagram being active after her disappearance could be red herring, I've noticed it can say active even if you're not actively using it. I think even if you have the app open in the background it will say 'active'. I believe you may have to physically close down the app or have a longer period of inactivity before it drops that status and green circle.

Does the red spot indicate where they are looking? Do they think she made it across to the other side (or at least her belongings did). Small bridge crossing the Derwent with about a chest high railing (seen here)

One of her friends replied to a comment on Facebook and said she often dresses like this, with a hat etc.

I don't know where this graphic came from, but is there evidence of the "final route" stage of Victoria's journey, or is it simply hypothesis?

In relation to your question about the red dot, I suspect it is there to indicate where the river is, rather than to indicate a precise search location.

Came from the DM's '5 unanswered questions' article.

I don't think that part is clear either. But in the same article they list this (below) but do not update their map;

"
A local lady saw her crossing the railway crossing near a Lidl store in Welham Road about 11.30 to 12 noon, heading towards the River Derwent.

A woman in a house near the play park saw her coming down the path leading to the river.

She was then seen by locals passing a local children's play park, the Riverside Playground, and walking along a thickly overgrown path next to the river between 11.30am and noon. "

Crossing the railway crossing by the Lidl store will get her on to the bridge over the river. Or down a road that runs adjacent to the river to the left. But it's walled and steep.
