IndepMo, I noticed on your theory (which makes very good practical sense BTW.) that you have presented a detailed map. Do you think you would have time to update that to where you know there have been searches - especially by the river? Or is this too much to ask? Thanks!

The only thing I know of by the river that was stated was "they searched along the tracks" and the day they got called out on the kidnapping, KCFD was doing training and had boats in the water and I understand they went up and down the river. To what extent or detail, I don't know. I know there is another thread dedicated to searches that might list them all.

What I did figure out just from driving to that area, I don't know if someone would have attempted to walk across those tracks (plus the loose rock that is on the ground beside and between them, there are two sets of tracks), and then even considered walking to tthe river. Theres a little bit of an incline along the bank. You could do it in the daylight. With that being said, there are other locations along the river that you could walk up to easier.

I'm still convinced those phones went straight into water to stop pinging. If someone would have even drove 5 miles north south east or west with those phones I'm certain there would be a record of the pings, and we would have heard on one of these media frenzy acting tv stations that LE was out searching an area north, south, east or west. We've not really seen them leave the neighborhood so that's why I'm leaning the direction I am.

What I saw from the video was how easy it would be to throw a baby into the river. Unfortunately with all the failed searches I strongly suspect this is what may have occurred.

In da Middle has posted that the river is flowing pretty fast.

Great job, Indepmo. Watch out that you don't get arrested for driving and filming LMAO!

Thank you indepmo for the video!

A lot more rural than I thought it would be but then I am use to central Fl where it is house upon house, subdivsion upon subdivsion and the next town starts almost as soon as one ends.

Notice too that there are no sidewalks anywhere, very little traffic and no pedestrians at all. What time and day of the week was this?

the old casino building, was it ever checked do you know

I believe the FBI and LE have the same feeling. I wonder in cost comparison what it would have cost to drag the river right from the start as opposed to x-raying all of the walls in the I-B home 3 weeks after LISA'S disappearance. Could we not have made a temporary dam and utilized the National Guard in searching the river? I know that the ponds on my property here in MO are WAY down due to lack of rain. I also realize that there is still current moving the river along, I would love to be smart enough in that area to be able to figure out where something might end up and how much time it would take!

Thanks!!!! Indepmo. I noticed that neighborhood is very large! Like what in da middle said. HMM! stranger abductuion looking through a large neighborhood like that? MOO

If that child was put in the river I fear she is gone. It is a fast moving current.

I kept thinking the whole time watching this that you would show Searcy Creek Pkwy down to the 'dead end' at Birmingham, and what out of towners would really start to think of KC! Wow. (Underneath the Chouteau Bridge)

There are so many ways to get to the river from that address. If this child was taken by an abductor with a vendetta, or psychological problem, or if there was an accomplice - whichever one prefers to theorize.... If they had transportation... no telling where Lisa is. I would think that with transportation they would have gone further away from the area, but who knows. Obviously, LE seems to be keeping it close to home.

I am aware of several searches by word of mouth that did not appear to be reported, but I can't keep up with the barrage of media. The landfill has been searched more than twice. Etc...

I keep trying to check in here but I am swamped. I will check on a few things with some eyewitnesses in the area. There had been a very heavy presence of LE the first week for sure in various locations at the same time.

Cerner Corporation owns the Old Sams' Town Casino. As far as I know they have had activities there, but also a few months ago when I was there they had security guards. I am not sure if they still do.

it would be good to see the route indepmo took around the time of the neighbor sighting, just to put it into perspective to see how easy it would be to go unnoticed. but of course i wouldn't expect anyone local to go driving around at midnight

LOL .. I was just thinking the same thing... what time was the first sighting?

Has anyone heard of Deb's father being located on Westport Road in Independence, M0?

Great video, indepmo! Thank you!

There appears to be so many areas that could be searched along your drive.
I dont know about ALL of the areas, but the area by the river where the creek empties and the surrounding woods have been. The area where the command center has also and along the riverbanks there. Dont know about the areas down by Cerner. The river has also had at least 3 documented searches. The mouth of the creek and surrounding woods were searched when the creek was drained.

I am thinking that this person (if he exists) would have actually went behind the houses and cut through when the witness thinks they were going up to a house. There are several yards not fenced there and many of the fenced yards have both a front and back gate leading to the townhouses and/or the woods on the east side of Brighton.

So it took 2 minutes by car and you were sober. Next time do it drunk please so we can have an accurate timeline. :floorlaugh:

j/k

Thanks for the video. It looks like a nice peaceful area or is it because of the high profile that this case has turned out to be and locals don't want to have a microphone or camera shoved in their faces?

Something I noticed when I stepped out of my vehicle and around the corner of the woods where there was a small gravel road was all of the amounts of trash in the woods. It looked like a popular dumping ground for the neighborhood. Paint cans, childs swimming pool, and just a bunch of junk. No trash bags that I could see, just a lot of trash. It's very grown up and a lot of trees, and within the trees there is a very large gully. WHen it rains (or the river is up), this are retains water. I didnt go into the woods, but I walked up furth east to the edge where there was a clearing and there was some water in there.

Google Maps

This has been an area of interest to me for quite some time, it's close to home to hurry there and hurry back to try to go undetected at wee hours of the morning.

Has that area been searched by LE?
