AR, do you remember if the Durango was Rachael's car that Capone was supposedly repairing for her? I remember at the time Rachael disappeared, she was driving something that he loaned her while the repair was being made.

The Durango is Stone's vehicle. Not sure why it was recently located (maybe he sold it).

Capone was repairing Rachael's car... he was probably the one breaking windows and slashing tires anyways.

She was driving a borrowed vehicle (white Yukon) that was found close to the bus stop, but not the Durango.

Stone is back in jail. He violated his no-contact order with his ex-wife.

Prosecutors in northern Idaho won't be able to present evidence from an experiment intended to show their theory about how a Washington state woman's body was dumped in the Snake River by her estranged husband.

The Lewiston Tribune reports that 2nd District Judge Michael J. Griffin on Monday denied the request from the Latah County Prosecutor's Office...

Griffin says the river has likely changed in the last four years.

Judge Michael Griffin disqualified himself from trying the case for undisclosed reasons.

The district court clerk told KREM 2 News that an order seeking a new judge has been filed. There is no word on when the trial will begin.

This has drug on for so long, Capone may die of old age before he is tried!!!

It will begin soon. Potential jurors were at Latah courthouse Wed 8/20 for sign-in, etc.

Capone won't be sliding through the cracks any more. Sept 2 is when the slitherer lands on the bottom of the justice ladder.

Whew, finally.

I added pics and articles and videos from today.
There were 8 witnesses called today, including all 4 of Rachael's children. The youngest was just 6 when she was murdered.

And another interesting day it has been. The "B" family caught onto Capone quicker than most. Speaks volumes to me that Capone visited RB at his place of business and RB went out armed to talk with Capone. Lots of other grand testimony today that didn't fall under hearsay.

12:45 p.m. B says Capone called him while he was at work on May 5 and asked if they could talk. B said they could and Capone told him that he was in the parking lot. Bn says he armed himself and went out to meet him. Capone then asked if B still had the gun he gave him earlier. B told Capone he gave the gun to police.
