Friend called 911. Not sure if mom had cellphone. She called friend from gas station.

Child does not have passport.

Can't confirm actual day mom left child alone before.

Right now focusing on finding Sky. Will take time to go thru process, then look at potential charges.

Have been reports that Mom has left kids alone for substantial periods of time. Focused on finding Sky then we'll look at potential charges for Mom. Over the years LE spokesperson says she has seen many reactions to stress. Everybody handles it differently.

Rumours they couldn't get past the control question in Dad's polygraph? (Hard to hear) Spokesperson cannot confirm. LE is assisting Mom with housing because her apartment is still secured since that's the last place Sky was before the car.

What does that have to do with their child being missing? JMO but neither parent's ethnic background has anything to do with Sky disappearing. I haven't heard any indication that parent's different backgrounds played a part in their disputes either. I say, who cares if he's from Pakistan and she's from Russia, there is a child missing.

Respectfully, their ethnicity and countries of origin came up in the discussion as a possible theory that the child was scooted off to live with family in another country. No stone left unturned kind of thing. Sadly it is a factor which, imo, must be considered until ruled out by LE.

Still trying to figure out who last saw Sky. Stores the mom visited, etc.

Mother is cooperating but not taking polygraph. "A certain level of cooperation".

No POI or suspect at this time.

After 48 hours if they can't find a child who is missing...it's a good assumption foul play has occurred.

Talking to people who may have last seen Sky, including stores mom may have visited.

ETA: Then why in the HELL would you leave him alone in the car?!? If he was so sick you were taking him to the freaking hospital? You wouldn't. You'd flag down a car to help you finish getting your child there.

She was going to Overlake hospital because she said Sky was ill. There are other hospitals closer but she said she was most comfortable with Overlake.

This is so saddening. Who would leave a 2 and 4 year old alone for 11 hours?? This makes me want to cry and run home to my 18 month old son and hold him tight.
