There is no way she would have left that house without cleaning herself up, imo.

Agree. She wouldn't have escaped the arterial spray and she never would have been able to get bloodstains out of the rental car in the time she had. And she couldn't risk leaving a bloody print in or on the car or on the doors she closed and locked.

She must have simply forgotten about the bloody print on the wall.

Unless deep down, this was all a part of her theatrics. She's so egocentric that I can't believe she wouldn't demand credit for her handiwork. The hunt, the bait and switch, the drama in the interrogation room.

Her manner of speaking in the interrogation tapes (and on 48Hrs & Inside Edition) is completely opposite of how she speaks now.

What if it was all a big game for her? Could she be that diabolical??

I got chills...that sounds like a scene out of a creepy horror movie!

I honestly believe it. I don't think she was in panic mode at all. I think she was calm and she thought meticulous! She even packed up the KY! Strip bed get rid of DNA, dilute hallway blood, shower and remove any DNA trace of herself from Travis's body... Two birds one stone if she's in the shower at the same time, remove prints from staircase banister, delete photos.. She believed they were deleted for good. She tossed camera in washer to remove her blood from it... Lock his bedroom door when exiting suite...Barricade the dog, .cells phone remains off until she makes her stupid call to a dead man and leaves a message....

Well thought out, zero fog

I'm guessing she wrapped her hands at the house. I'm sure she took all the band aids with her....along with money from his wallet, etc.

The Ninjas stole 4 twenties from Jodi's jean pockets...so we can assume she stole from Travis after his death. I think Jodi was stealing from Travis somehow before that we don't know yet. That one diary entry about her whining about Travis borrowing money and her over-drawn on ninety-some dollars. hmm, Travis told her to balance her checkbook. Remember when he told her at one point the account was over-drawn and he was mad...do you think she was stealing money from his banking account?
I think she did that U-Haul thing on purpose with his car. U-Haul probably is very helpful with people, they don't need the bad business. She was probably enraged she had to leave his house, why didn't she leave with mom--have mom follow her? Like normal people would? I think she flipped everything she did and said Travis did it.

Obviously she was bugging the crap out of him, and he finally called her back and told her NOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Shady Lady

Are we twins?? We sure look alike :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

http://what-when-how.com/interpersonal-violence/violent-resistance/

You will remember that ALaV referred to this theory in her testimony last week. She avoids tagging Arias as a violent assailant/terrorist by advancing Violence-Resistance. One who commits violence temporarily in resisting physical abuse by the partner is not a perpetrator in LaV's view, because she is not the cycle initiator. Unfortunately for her argument, Arias's actions to not conform to the behavior described in the theory. She was pro-active in traveling a thousand miles to the threat, the evidence of her fiendish aggression lay in the shower and she had never sought any help or taken any recourse such as given in Violence-Resistance. Nor was there any evidence of harm to her from her victim, outstandingly none on June 4. In defending the belief that Arias never stalked, ALaV grabbed at this formulation in desperation; she did not get a grip. Furthermore, the theory states that it does not meet the demands of self-defense at law.

Wasn't it the damaged hard drive that Dworken sp? testified to and where the two pics of the penis was taken from? JA said that Travis sent her the pic from his phone to her phone IIRC and what does it matter what JA says anyway since it probably is a lie. Anyway, during that part of the testimony it seems there were roads not traveled. Hopefully Juan will pick it up with the rebuttal witness.

Those penis pictures belong to Daryl Brewer. No testimony to that, but thing fingers in the photos match Brewer's, not Travis'.

The fog dissipated long enough for her to tell us she got the water from Costco or am I just missing the earlier part of another post? I'm tired, lol.

I remember her mentioning she got the case of water at Costco too. I just wonder if that was purchased with her brother and/or sister in law (the ones who took her to car rental place in Redding. Maybe they had an extra case or something. I rfemember she went back to their house for a little while after she rented the car. I have thought maybe she had that case of water to use for a "water bottle shower" after the crime. She had to "freshen up" somehow before she met up with Ryan Burns.

Yes.

He's in a episode of one of my favorite TV shows--LOST.

Sorry - I don't know how to bring over a quote from a closed page...

My question is didn't Jodi testify that Bobby Juarez committed suicide? Someone on the previous forum (#140) posted a link to suggest that Bobby Juarez is an actor / alive.

If he IS an aspiring actor, maybe he will testify in rebuttal about JA stalking him - following him to Medford when he moved after their break up. It would give him exposure.....

Yes.... remember, we're in June... pretty warm weather.. don't think anybody would be drinking water left in a hot trunk.. even kra kra

And she got water and french fries at McD's.

I believe she showered before she full placed him in the shower.

If still fathoms me how she managed to get him in there. :what:

How morbid is that? I'm surprised she didn't castrate him.

Personally, I think she crawled right in the shower with Travis and washed him off and herself

ITA. Cut my thumb once as deep as I could have without cutting the tendon (the doctor told me she was looking at it, so she knew it was okay), and when it first happened, the blood spurting out hit me in the face. The second spurt hit the ceiling (arterial). So, there would have been a chore to get that all under control so cleanup could commence -- I needed to apply pressure with the other hand. She would have had to wrap that thing pretty good, and it would still have been bleeding and soaking through whatever she used if she didn't keep it elevated. It would have been a constant mess.

:cow:

I was in highschool when I returned home from school ... I found a blood bath in the kitchen. There was blood sprayed all over two walls. I was terrified and in a panic, couldn't find my mom! I went running outside just as a police officer was pulling up.... My mom sent him to meet me, she was at the ER. She had been using a knife to separate frozen hamburgers when the knife slipped. Same deal arterial

I'm one of those who doesn't think it matters when the roommate got home. Jodi has made it known that she can sneak in and out of that house undetected. And if the roommates can't even figure out that they are living with the stench of a corpse for a week, well, it's reasonable they wouldn't have known she was still in the house about 6:30pm. I hadn't heard that he'd actually gotten home at 9pm, though.

I think 9:00 was in Det. Flores police report. There's no way she wanted to run into a room-mate. She was totally black and white - to be in 3 states and have zero trace in AZ. I don't want to think about what she would do it if she did. She wanted to bring nothing back from AZ and not to leave anything there. She either forgot or couldn't find the check she brought. It was in a desk drawer I believe.

I think she said he attempted suicide but I could be wrong it was so long ago

OMG I think your right. That's her standard answer for everything. She has THOUGHT about attemping < ( and I use that word very loosely) suicide herself about 10 times  Of course NOT GONNA DO IT WITH THAT PLASTIC RAZOR again, cause that thing STUNG. Now she says Bobby attempted suicide. IIRC at first she said Bobby had killed himself, and then rethought that one really fast...ummmm TRIED to kill himself. Give me a break :banghead:

:floorlaugh: I was thinking about asking everyone to kindly stop posting for a couple of hours so I could get some housework done.

lol. I started when we were reviewing the "road trip" map of premeditation.

She stopped at McD's for a bottled water and fries.

A member I believe was wondering why she bought water, when she had a case of H20.

Basically, the costco water could of came from DB, MM or even Travis, was the line of thought there. :seeya:

Nor would you be trying to find starter material to build a bonfire in the dark out in the desert, but you might be able to take a detour to say maybe Flagstaff and hide these items (or even throw them in a dumpster, as I do recall hearing her say of the ficticious rope early on). Although I do wonder if she would let the weapons be anywhere out of her control, still wondering on that.

The water was in case her car overheated on the very long trip, I think. And maybe for a quick clean up, but she bought the facial wipes so she had clean up/smell nice bases covered before she left for Mesa.

I sometimes wonder, too, if she threw the gun in the desert or kept it.

I've seen many speculate about Jodi making money in sex but I keep thinking drug trafficking. Yreka area is known for that and her being the "traveler" that she was it could be explained away.

I keep wondering if this could be what she may have been involved in with Matt and Daryl. And God knows she knew how to hide things in her car. The gun she purchased wasn't found until a month later after both the cops and the rental car company had gone through it. Who can do that stuff without having practiced or been trained by a pro?? MOO
