I will be very surprised, if after Casey is convicted (and she will be), the remaining three Anthonys aren't charged.

I truly believe the authorities are waiting until after Casey's trial and conviction to go after the rest of the family.

Yeah depending on what comes out...I think someone may want to take the Anthonys' passports or something - I wouldn't be surprised if they go on the lam.

..i know at the beginning of CA and GA's depos with the state, they were instructed on their "use" "derivative use" immunity, so i presume lee had the same.

If Lee is....darn, for the life of me I can't remember the word for it - some sort of functioning autism - not like The Rainman, but the other kind. It would so account for his strange use of words, his mimicing some forms of emotion and being so inappropriate in others. Can anyone help me out with this?

Because for me, Lee is a non-starter who clearly got dragged around by his ear by his "smarter, better-looking" younger sister. And that position hasn't changed for me.

Asperger's does not affect the moral compass, just the social affect.

Thanks for that - a lot of the description you provided sure sounds like Lee and I have heard of highly functioning people with Asperger's who don't have the more dramatic hand flapping etc, but are just "off" socially, much like Lee, who to me has no idea of the effect his behaviors have. Unlike Cindy, who knows how she appears and doesn't care.

Again, not an excuse.

Thank you Logicalgirl and ynotdivein. My friend's brother has a son who has Asperger's, and I wouldn't put him in the same league at all as Lee Anthony. I don't think Lee has any disease, and even if he did, it's no excuse for throwing away his moral compass to help his murderess sister. I'm glad some of you spoke up because there is no disease or disorder that that can EVER excuse any of the Anthony family for what they have done, so there's no point in even going there!

Aedrys, I hope I didn't offend you, because the intent was never to be disparaging about this condition.
I again say I find no excuse for Lee's behavior, what we suspect is his assisting Casey, etc., however I find his behavior at his depositions and at the memorial so strange I could barely watch it. Then I realized I was watching him and "judging" him if you will, as if he just had the average neurotic stuff most of us have. But he seems to me to be beyond that. That inappropriate laughter, that strange CMA etc. - I don't know - thought I'd throw it out there because I do know enough about Aspergers to appreciate the symptoms are not all the same and can't fit in a tidy box. Again, sorry if I offended you.

Thanks for reminding us with that phone call, what she is really like. Her defense team can try to sanitize her all they want with demure clothing, tears at the appropriate time in Court, but when anyone listens to this tape it is obvious how she treats her mother, her brother and her best friend- with contempt. The mother of the year obviously treated Caylee the same way.
