Teresa - why did you first say that you were at the trailer that night and then backtrack to say you "had people there that night"? How did you bond so strongly with a child you saw so rarely?

Crystal - Why would you think that being told your daughter was missing was a joke? Why do you believe that telling the world the bad things about your ex is more important than telling the facts about your daughter?

Misty - Where were you REALLY? What is your drug use history?

Ron - Why do you feel that you will never be able to go into the trailer again, sinc eit is the last place your daughter, "your heart", was seen? How much time did you really spend with Haleigh and RJ?

LE- what is really going on? Why do you seem so determined to keep EVERYONE out of the loop on all aspects of this case, including the missing childs vital statistics?

1. Are there any official suspects/ persons of interest?

2. It seems that it has been some time since any family members have been brought in for custody, are you still questioning people at this point in the investigation?

3. Have you determined who Misty was associated with during the reported three day break-up with Ron? Have you questioned these people regarding any information on the break-up?
-What caused the break-up?
-Did Misty report any violent behavior from Ron?
-What was Misty's state of mind regarding Ron and his children?
-Specifically, did she express any frustration with the children?
-Why did Misty return?

4. Were Ron, and Misty tested to determine if drugs and or alcohol were in their systems? If not, will you be doing a hair test to determine if there has been any recent consumption of drugs or alcohol?

5. Have you taken into consideration Misty's possible diminished intellectual capacity during questioning? Sometimes getting the right information means asking the questions in a way the suspect can relate to.

6. Misty is still a minor, was she given the option of having a parent/guardian present during questioning? If not, will information gained and any resulting leads be permisable in a court of law?

7. Assuming that a parent or guardian was present when Ron Jr. was questioned, was that person Ron, Crystal or any of their family members?

8. What do you make of the RSO Snodgrass' attempt to donate items to Haleighbug?

9. Has Snodgrass been questioned regarding this incident?

10. There have been rumors of at least two RSOs (CDI and JJT) living together, is this common? Is it permitted?

11. What type of ankle bracelets do the RSOs in your area wear? Have there been any incidents where a SO wearing such a device has make a home invasion?

12. Beyond the "man in black" report, has Ron Jr. reported seeing or hearing anything unusual that night?

13. Have the families consulted you regarding their media appearances?

Questions for LE, besides the results of the LDT, DNA and fingerprint tests:

1. Has Ron's alibi about being at work been checked and rechecked? What time did he arrive and leave work, what time did he take a dinner break and return? Was he in the sight of other coworkers at all times during the work shift?


2. Has it been verified that GGM stopped by the trailer to bring back clothes to R and M? Has the time been verified when she did this? Who was there?

3. Has the bus driver been questioned as to who picked up Haleigh that day and what time they picked her up?

4. Has Haleigh's teacher been questioned as to whether Haleigh was in school that day?

5. Has the a/c repair man been questioned as to what time he was at the Cummings trailer and who was there, especially if he saw Haleigh?

6. Has Misty's family been questioned as to what time they were at the Cummings trailer and who was there, especially if they saw Haleigh?

7. Misty said she was cleaning that night, did LE notice any strong odor from cleaning products when they arrived at the trailer, especially bleach?

8. Why has noone been cleared as yet?

9. Who do you think is responsible for Haleigh's disappearance?

10. Do you think Haleigh is deceased?

I am not asking any questions of Haleigh's family members as I do not think I would get a truthful answer.
