What will Cindy's Role be in Upcoming Events?

For all the world to see.....which is ironic since I believe her entire reason for lying was to preserve the image of herself as a good mom.

CA's role, despite what she thinks, will be to ensure that her daughter will remain in jail for the rest of her life. KC and Caylee's demise would have appeared and disappeared in the media (just as countless other murders do) if she (CA) had kept her mouth shut. Instead, the public is watching and the facts are now of interest and as a result, I think her role in proving her daughter GUILTY will be very significant.

Given the kind of antics we have been privy to from Cindy Anthony, I just can not imagine her having any kind of role, except to reiterate the point that she has lied, tampered with evidence, lied, showed blatant disregard for the law, the court, and officers of the court, committed perjury, did I mention lied, time and time again. i can only hope that the statements she has given this week will lay the ground work for the trial and come back to finally bite her in the but, or finally give them a reason to arrest her. Casey lived her version of " Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves" right under their roof, practically with their blessing The only real outcome might be that Casey has never really had any kind of moral compass, and is who she is because of Cindyand a jury just might consider LWOP in the end. Isn't it ironic.

There is always the possibility that Cindy will have a serious "Come to Jesus" event in her life, but I fear I will be Pope, hell will freeze over and we will have world peace before then. Surely MOO

The defense will probably call Cindy as a witness but I believe it will be the Pros who will get the most mileage out of Cindy. They will call her as a hostile witness. She is going to take the stand and the Pros will bring up everything she has ever said to them...at the jail...in videos and she is going to have to answer their questions. If she lies they will nail her to her seat. The Pros is going to define Cindy's role at the trial. I think she will be more important then George on the stand. I think George was left out of a lot and so Cindy knows a lot more then George does. I think Cindy, Casey, and Lee were a little group and George was left on the outside a lot.

It will be interesting to see how Cindy handles herself at the trial. She won't be able to pull her.."I'm leaving...I'm not answering anymore of your questions" like she did in the depos. The judge will have her butt taken to jail if she trys that at trial.

I'm guessing NO! Lying is not a crime in her book, so, unless it was under oath.....(thereby noticed that it would be considered perjury, thus unlawful) I doubt anything she's said (which she hadn't sworn to beforehand, ie LKL etc.) would be considered as evidence.

See, if she has conflicting testimony that are both under oath, that is one thing, it's another if she told one story under oath, and a completely different one while chatting about.

All the prosecution would need is CA's deposition for KC's bond hearing, CA's deposition for ZG civil trial and one episode of Nancy Grace and its a done deal. Her credibility will be nil.

That may have been her intention all along. Put her daughter safely behind bars while looking like she is innocent by playing up KC's virtues.

Any thought of being able to give testimony to get her daughter off is completely gone. A few of Scott P interviews were played in court as well.

No doubt, CA's interviews can be used to impeach her testimony! I don't however think she could be prosecuted for perjury because she lied without being under oath (LKL, Greta, etc.) . KWIM

Makes me wonder what BC is telling her.Surely he has some opinion of her ongoing contradictions. I would love to know if HE has told her her goose is cooked and she's backed herself into a corner. Somebody needs to and it should be her lawyer.

Although Cindy may try to coach GA about what she said in her depo so they can get their stories straight, I would imagine GA has to stick to what he told the Grand Jury or he will be in a lot of trouble.

CA likes to put all the dried twigs in a pile and then expects GA to set fire to it. If GA were living with someone who was the opposite of CA's personality, we would see an entirely different GA. JMO

I truly believe CA will not only perjur herself but we may see another Morgan depo...she is quick on spinning her tales. She will be contrary and defiant..JMHO
