I would have liked to see "hostile witness" as an option.:banghead:

I truly believe CA will not only perjur herself but we may see another Morgan depo...she is quick on spinning her tales. She will be contrary and defiant..JMHO

If the next depo is done in front of the judge I would imagine that will take the wind out of CA's sails.

Speaking of sails, It seems the captain of this "mothership" with its swabbies eager to take commands saying with enthusiasm, " Ay Ay "captain as she chooses to chart a course through trecherous waters known to sink ships. With no regard to the crew and the ship she so dilligently built. Does this captain have hopes of reaching a lush island to count her gold regardless of loosing shipmates along the way to reach her land of plenty? In the end will this captain rightiously be left saying, 'One for all, and all for one" as she claims all rights to the treasure at the end of her voyage. In the end will the captain turn Pirate set sale with a skeleton crew in the search of more gold only for the ship to sink, looseing everything? Feeling alittle sea sick I'm one of many who started on the maiden voyage and jumped the ship, " Queen Anthony's Royale Discovery" three weeks into the decorating of the ship with red flags for corination" I'm surprised as one who has been keeping logs, no one has stood up to Captain A- hab by now because they may end up in the isle of pergatory as they perje forward . Wonder if "First Mate" will yell "Mutainy, Mutainy!" and take the helm?

Well, put.
I'm surprised that the first mate hasn't jumped into the swirling waters below. Would be funny to watch him make her walk the plank. One could never know how this mess will end. I vote the whole mess ovem go to jail. That would give me a good feelin. I have never wished hardships on anybody like I do these peeps. Well, that is a lie---could name a few ex-hubbys. LOL

P.S.---back to farmin. lub ya'll---make something break in this mess.

What an awesome post.:applause: One can only hope your words come to pass.

Cindy's a wild card for sure. If she had her way we all know what type of stories she would spin for the jury, BUT since the state has some power over her now, will she cave ? I don't know, I wouldn't be too surprised if she ends up trying to save her daughter (but mostly herslef) on the stand. At the least it will be interesting to see her performance. Honestly I hope she does try to spin some tall tales on the stand because that would mean probable charges...I know I'm spiteful, can't help myself.

CA will have to do one of two scenarios in court testimony.

She will either have to admit to all that she failed KC, which also is an admission that she failed HERSELF.

Or she will continue to protect and project the thinly veiled conceived visions that she has previously stated was and is her family.

Either way, CA loses - KC loses.

Let's not forget that SP will be a witness and I don't believe she will be hostile towards the state.

"Uh, sometimes in my heart I says to myself if I want to not think that uh, I don't not want to think that Casey, or that Caylee isn't alive, but I just wondered if she hated her mom more than she loved Caylee"

Also, Countzero, doesn't CA have to stick to the facts on the stand? Not what she thinks may be true but what she knows are hard facts. That will, indeed, be hard for her to do because she always wants to put a little spin on things to push away from what the actual facts are. Considering how long CA's deposition was for the SA, I would guess they had a hard time getting her to stick to what she knows rather than what she believes.

Well this is the $64,000 question about CA. Yep, she will have to stick to the facts; her previous statements and depositions. But who's facts; hers or what is reality? Unless BC grooms her really well on what to say and not say, CA will do as she always does. Defect questions and of course there is always her good ol' standby with answering a question with a question .............:bang:

I don't think the Judge will put up with her nonsense.

Ahhhhh, I don't put it past CA to push the envelope with Judge Strickland. She will go as far as she can with him. And Judge Strickland will allow her some leeway just as long as she does answer the questions. I don't believe she will be confrontation like with M&M, but she will talk in Anthonise.

It's not just the judge CA has to worry about I think the state will present their questions with a yes or no answer only. She will be livid....can you see it now. They have her depo they could make her keep it as a yes to no. If she answers differently than her depo statements they will refresh her memory. Now question is if CA gets too confrontational what will they do????

Nothing, Judge Strickland would be doing the do to CA, :gavel: kinda/sorta like a game umpire "you're outa here". :floorlaugh:

I agree with you LambChop. I had meant to put what I bolded in my thought but alas spaced it right out . Sorry about that.

I can't wait to see what they will do if she or any of the Anthony's get out of hand.

I'd pay a buck and a quarter to see that....oh, wait.....I'll probably be able to see it free.

I can't see CA answering a simple question with a "yes" or a "no" answer. She always has to somehow qualify her answer so that it doesn't look incriminating.

Exactly!! That's why I think sometime in the future there will be a thread called-

ITA! And, in doing so, she makes herself and everyone in the A family seem guilty of something, IMO. I think she has done more damage to her daughter's case than she will ever realize, or admit. JMO.

Now hopefully BC will advise her to answer the questions with a simple yes or no to keep from making it look as if they have something to hide. But then BC clearly has no control over her whatsoever. CA needs to go back to work to refocus some of her attention back on her own life and less on trying to control public opinion about her daughter and, as you say, do more damage to her daughter's case.
