hmm if they bring this guy on I would assume that the transposed phone numbers could quickly be explained.. therefore making the defense look like more of shark out to blame GA. I would also not expect this Vasco Thompson to lie for the defense. That would be a crime and possibly send the witness back to prison?

I for the most part wanted to post how sickening that it is to throw the blame on GA. I can not even imagine the pain that the Anthony's must endure. Their grandbaby is gone most likley at the hand of the mother who gave birth to her.. and now the parents that gave birth to Casey are having to go though a slow painful death from Casey also.

JB should be ashamed of himself. Does a criminal defense attorney ever have a ounce of moral's?

I never had much sympathy for the Anthony's untill the trial. They wanted to protect Casey.. look where that got them. Poor GA my deepest prayers are with him and Cindy during this time.. may they be able to stomach the vile, vulgar mess that is coming their way.

Rest in Peace Caylee.. hang on baby.. your grandparent ARE going to protect you in this.. when it comes down to good vs evil.. GA and CA are on your side.

Bill Shaeffer talked about this in his wrap up. He asked what can the DT tell the judge is the relevance.

The DT has already said Caylee drowned in the pool. The defense has already placed both Casey and George there and blamed George for the coverup.

What does a kidnapper who kidnapped his ex-girlfriend have to do to advance that theory?

No and Baez with Casey looking over his shoulder was on his blackberry after losing their motion today. She was looking kind of amused. Sad to say I think Baez hopes that there is a tainted jury in some way. The team of Geraldo, LBK and others have done a good job of floating mis-information since this trial started.

I was answering your first question about calling LE and gave you the link to the Amended Witness List where it says in there that Vasco called LE on the investigators. It states it in line 8 of the numbered 1 paragraph here.
