The sheriff's department bulletin says "Height of the victim is believed to be 5 foot 1 inch, with a range of 3 inches plus or minus. The age of the victim is 15 to 21 years old with a range of 1 or 2 years plus or minus. The weight is estimated at 110 to 135 lbs (this is only an estimate)" (http://www.fdlsheriff.com/Jane Doe.html) So I don't think I'd eliminate Collins strictly on height -- if there's a +/- even one inch on her height, she'd fit. Collins seems a very good match on the other demographics (and reconstruction), and since she possibly left on her own, there's no reason to think she died in SC.

The victim did have to fit into size 3 jeans, so I think the two heavier young women are out.

Not sure I'd rule dePriest out strictly on age, either, though her pictures don't make her look like a young woman who would fit into size 3 jeans. Dunno on that one.

Her facial shape looks pretty close, although she doesn't appear hispanic or Native American.

NAMPN isn't very good at cleaning up resolved cases. I've found numerous resolved cases that are still in NAMPN.

To be fair, they focus more on recent cases, so naturally, they are going to have a lot more difficulty keeping up with which ones have been resolved.
