Do we just send a note to the regional administrator, Lori Bruski? If yes, I can do that. Please advise. Thank you!

Thank you for this submission. DNA is on file for both with no associations to date. I will forward this to the investigators for their further review.

Help ID ME FB site just posted this breaking post. They determined her isotope results, I guess. Here is a snippet:
The unidentified female found deceased in a corn field in Racine, #Wisconsin in 1999 may be from Canada.

Chemical isotope testing performed by the Smithsonian on a sample of her hair and bone suggest she may originally have been from or spent several years of her life in Alaska, Montana, or portions of southern #Canada. While Racine county authorities are expanding their search into missing females from those regions they are still open to receiving any leads the public may have on who this female may be.

Ok, so, didn't find anyone in Namus in Montana that even remotely fits.

https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/4631/20 Is the only one from Alaska that could fit the time line even a little bit, but her teeth don't look that bad, she's too short, etc.

I'm going to start looking at Canadians next.

I looked through MT and AK, too, and came across Erin Gilbert who is actually listed as being taller than RCJD but she went missing in 1995 and has DNA available so most likely she is a rule out by default.

MT isotopes fit Nylene Marshall. I know she has been mentioned several times, and has the wrong eye color and her DNA is available, too, but dang, she resembles RCJD!

I saw Erin too. Might be worth sending her in just to make sure. There were a few people I saw on the Doe Network that could be possibles, but they were all listed as way too short, or had tattoos.

LOL or had blue eyes!

I tried looking on Canadian MP websites last year, when my dad came up with this theory that she was a drug trafficker from Canada. I didn't find anything that looked remotely possible!

I think the missing Canada site is relatively new and there seems to be a lot more cases in there today that weren't in there the first time I stumbled upon it a few months ago. Definitely appears to be a work in progress.

Probably not Ruby. They think she was a victim of Robert Pickton, although her body was never found... http://www.missingpeople.net/mom_remains_optimistic_that_daug.htm
Yikes, I think I remember hearing about him.
The good news is that they took DNA from her family.
It still may be mentioning to RCJD's NamUs rep. NamUs really doesn't have anything to do with Canadian MP's but every time I've inquired about how they're handled, I don't really get an answer except for them to tell me they'll pass it on to the investigators for review. I understand why they do that, but it kind of stinks because then you've got to pass someone else's smell test to even have it considered, let alone compared.
I wish I could come up with some sort of joint venture thing between us and Canada, like a CaNamUs, lol!

I submitted Nyleen a while back, they told me they had considered her before but both individuals have DNA in CODIS and no hit has occurred.

Yes, I figured she'd been ruled out because they both have DNA available, but I just had to mention her because the resemblance, and now the isotopes, is just uncanny.

They released her isotope but don't say which is hair or bone. Maybe another article will come out.

New information learned about Racine County Jane Doe's past
Updated: 9:43 PM CDT Oct 20, 2016

Chemical isotope testing performed by the Smithsonian on a sample of her hair and bone suggest she may originally have been from or spent several years of her life in Alaska, Montana or portions of southern Canada.

If it's possible she could have orginally been from the mentioned areas that has to be from bone analysis as there's no way that information would be evident in an adult's hair. In fact they seem to be reticent about where she had spent the past few months or years.
