Hello, Defense. So maybe Taylor wasn't there, but she could maginally recall every single detail, consistent with the autopsy reports.

That would be puzzling.

But I guess he has to say something.

While his client sits there trying to swallow the duper's delight smile on her face.

Defendant has constitutional right to present a defense and am glad she had her day in court; however, I say jury will convict (on all charges) quickly and she will get LWOP. There is no death penalty in WI.

Other part (2nd phase) she will be held responsible for the crime, determined not suffering from mental issue.

The defense attorney. He basically read from his notes and peppered in some statements about this case being confusing and puzzling and other odd disjointed statements as to why the defendant should be found not guilty on all counts.
