Looking for an angle even if it means throwing your witness under the bus.

I'm thinking if you are a liar yourself, and you surround yourself with liars, then maybe you assume the rest of the world are all liars also? JB seems to work on that agenda....

I agree...but if your witness doesn't pass muster...and they had a lot riding on her...why even come forward with her? I mean he must have known she wasn't reliable so why run the risk of resting all your eggs in her basket? But, I guess my gravest concern is that this witness has been manipulated by Baez and his merry cohorts into doing something i##egal!!

Still got him the Tes records and the ability to spout propoganda for over a year. I dont think this gal needed a lot of manipulating. The lengths she has apparently gone to "get involved" and stay involved say it all.

I think LB was handpicked by Cindy/DT to be thrown under the bus. Can you imagine Cindy's reaction when/if Mr. Nejame had shown her the emails from LB? I think they were trying to "use" each other.

I think that it has been made clear that if you would like to participate with the angel disguised as a human being; Tim Miller, in searching for a missing person:

You had better be truthful and follow the instructions given by Tim/Texas EquuSearch very carefully. Whatever Buchanan allegedly did or did not do, perhaps she actually ended up helping TES, in a different and unintended manner?

In this sort of a search group (or any group for that matter), it's really not a big stretch to presume a "bad apple"/rogue could potentially be among them. How to determine who is "clean" and who is not; isn't possible; for many obvious reasons. I love that one of the members here asks for help for Tim underneath her posts. Awesome!

However, now that TES has had first hand experience with an alleged "bad apple", could it be that TES has made changes relating to their spoken and written instructions?:

Something similar to: "with all due respect if you are here for any other reason other than to find a missing person please leave now" or please do not continue to fill out this form" and "if you are here for any other reason than to find a missing person and do not leave, we will find out".

I've returned the TES website; hoping that I could discover something that supported my theory but I was unable to find anything.

Does any of this make sense?

As an aside and OT, I have a terrible time conveying what is in my head into words.

Yup...she was ripe for the pick'in (have no idea why I'm talking in cliches that's for sure...but it seems like a really cr*ppy strategy. Plus, it opens them up to more scrutiny...especially their tactics to gain information. How long will the Court ignore what is going on? They keep getting more money to continue to "investigate".

I can definately read, "My name is Laura", but not much else. Hope someone else can enlarge and do better. May not be the same Laura, however.

I blew the picture up as much as possible and saw that she gave a birth date of March 14,1986. The 6 was hard to make out, but she would be no older than 25 years old.

Too young to be our Laura.

After reading the depo and the transcripts of the phone calls I am just shocked! You see a whole other side to Laura in the phone transcripts than she portays herself in the depos.

It also shocked me how LDB & JA were spoken to like they were idiots by Laura's lawyer. Oh how I wish LB was going to take the stand and see her questioned again! I'd love to see her squirm on the screen.

What the hell was his problem? I didn't like that either and I don't see where it was necessary.
