After reading what the locals are posting this morning, I'm content that progress is being made. I'll not complain about the lack of news anymore, just praying that LE finds Aliayah and those responsible are brought to justice.

Thank you locals, for keeping us up to speed on the latest developments

No news again in the Weston Democrat about Aliayah, but she was mentioned in the editorial column (http://www.westondemocrat.com/editorial column.html).

Also, I would like to say to those who think the local media has forgotten about little Aliayah Lunsford. None of us can forget just like the rest of you.
Personally, I wake up many times at 3 in the morning wondering where she is and how could she just disappear.
If you read between the lines of the stories that have been written, you would know that law enforcement has an idea or maybe they know what has happened to Aliayah. They have to gather the evidence and not divulge too much to give those who had something to do with her disappearance information on what they know.
There is a child's life at stake here and no one in the media wants to be responsible for being the cause of ruining the case.
I know it is frustrating to not hear something about Aliayah every day and it is equally frustrating for the media too, but we have to let law enforcement do their job and bring those to justice who are responsible.

I agree. JMO but people got spoiled with Florida's Sunshine laws with Caylee's case and that seems to have set the bar for the "wish list" on information made available to the public. (And by no means do I mean that disrespectfully or as a slam.) LE can't show their hand if they want to solve this and ensure justice is served. While it is sometimes hard to wait for information, that surprise - wow, I didn't see that coming after the i's are dotted and t's are crossed is nice too. We just have to be patient....

Extended family lives in that area. It's not that far away, especially if you know the back roads around here. I know you can take Copley Road, which is about 4 or 5 miles past Bendale down Hwy 19 and come out near Camden. A lot of remote areas out that way too. Other communities/towns in that area are Alum Bridge, Linn, Copley, Churchville. If you check prior addresses and arrests in news stories, you can probably find a few of them mentioned.

Is this within the two hour drive time mom went driving the morning Aliayah disappeared?

Extended family on which side of the family? LL or RL?

tia.

Anyone know if that's a cell number because I'm getting 4 different names associated with the phone number.

It's a landline, all 269-prefixes are such. It appears that the business may be closed, as I cannot find it registered with the state business directory.

When I searched the sf again, it came up a place in vardis-but when i click on it-it says that RL-lives in dunbar, wv-which is about 3 hours one way

its says-RKL-(the sf) lives in gassaway -46 minutes away or in weston

Yes it would be within the two hour drive. It's only about 15 miles or so. Even with small local roads it can easily be done and back in two hours. It was reported that RL has family in that area. His step-father is a RSO, but we haven't confirmed if he is in that area.

Yes and RL.

I'm getting an O.R.?
any relation to this case?[/QUOTE

I can't figure out the family tree. It's huge.

The family tree is a jungle. I tried to sort some things out, but just don't have the time to devote. Remember for those trying to search for connections in the area that RKL's step-father does not have the same last name. This RSO is the step-father of RKL. http://www.wvstatepolice.com/sexoff/WebDetails_r07.cfm?OffenderID=195547

For the purpose of added clarity, I am using RKL to refer to Aliayah's step-father, the husband of LL.

The RSO website lists the address as being in Auburn WV

And maybe he didn't do a change of address or maybe, just maybe he didn't notify LE about a move because then he goes directly to jail.

but doesn't he go to jail for NOT reporting a move?:waitasec:
Isn't that a huge no no if you're on the RSO list?

65 years old. He lives in Lost Creek, WV, but has also spent time in Auburn, WV.

is this the right offender?

I had a long discussion with someone here about evidence of proof of residence for an individual. Even though you are registered at one address, you can live at another residence, receive mail, have the new address on your driver's license, but you almost have to say "I now live at this address" for the change of address to be valid and in violation of the "failure to register a new address".

So therefore, the RSO can practically live anywhere they want to in WV and still be within the law.
