Quick question. I've seen numerous posts about the trip back to Florida to clean out storage unit. Do we have solid proof this happened. Seems easy for a sleuth to come up with flight records and tickets or video of him arriving in Florida. All I've seen is word of mouth and that doesn't seem like credible information. Sorry if this has been talked about I didn't see proof in media timeline.

IMO, the FBI is not going to release a lot of these details right now. They are trying to locate BL and none of that is going to help find him. They are under no obligation at this point.

Where was this confirmed? I read on DM that a friend of Gabbys step-father said the cross wasn't made by anyone connected to the search or recovery.

27th August "can you help Stan" Text message from Gabby's handset to her mother (one of the suspicious messages)

29th August Miranda Baker says she and friend gave Brian Laundrie a lift and he left the vehicle in a very great rush and stressed up.

User comment - (Highly likely Gabby was dead by now and was concealed in the white Escort Van).

30th Aug Last text message supposedly sent ex Gabby's phone (the "no service in Yosemite" message)

31st August nothing to report in terms of phone messages.

1St SepT Brian returns to FL with van and licence plate reader spots Van about time he enters Northport FL. Multiple witness statements
from several neighbours have him at the house in very early September. (based on MSM reports).

1st Sept Gabby's phone turns off for the last time.

3rd to 5th Sept approximately, Neighbours witness Laudrie family going on camping trip with New camper. (the Camper top was new , the Dark RED Truck less the camper top had been owned by Mr Laundrie for quite some time. Neighbour cannot remember the exact days it was away.

It appears that this "camper top" was bought late August or early September but I have no hard data on this-it appears to be a VERY recent purchase from witness statements.

10th September : Gabby's mother reaches out to Brian and his mother but with no response.

11 September 2021: Gabby finally reported missing officially to police by her parents.

Footnote : the Coroner / Pathologist has ruled in WY that the death of Gabby Petito of NY is a homicide.
The manner of death as of 24th Sept 21 has not been officially notified. It may not be notified until the offender (s) is apprehended for LE reasons.

The manner of death is homicide. It is the "cause of death" that is still pending.

Also, has it been confirmed that Gabby's phone was turned off for the last time on September 1st? Her mother said at some point her text messages ceased to go through to Gabby's phone, but I don't recall her stating the day.

I know one thing I wouldn't do is engage in a public messaging volley with those unwilling to talk/help. And I wouldn't be silent about LE enforcement that "loses" (in the absence of a better word?) the so-called prime suspect.

Florida would not even process missing persons report for Gabby. Had to be filed in NY. Publicity and public pressure is what’s shaming LE to move

Baker said when she mentioned to Laundrie that they were driving to Jackson Hole, Laundrie "freaked out" and asked them to pull over and he exited the Jeep.

A2: Guess he didn’t want to go back to Jackson with MB and her BF because of this restaurant incident. He was angry and people in the restaurant took note of his behavior.

The alleged Instagram Live video doesn't look at all like a typical Instagram Live. There's no save feature so you have to screen-record it. Meaning that you'd be able to see his account name, all comments as they come in, and the box to write your own. All I saw was a few seconds of water, no typical indicators it was even from a live.

But for anyone who saw the original helicopter footage, can you please mark on this aerial photograph where about’s the remains were located? Just interested with regards to location of homicide. There is no doubt in my mind that LE believes he is in that preserve. I also think they have evidence that he is there. I think they may be waiting him out. The longer he stays in there, getting hungrier, more tired, weaker, the more compliant he will be when he comes out, and the more likely he may be to confess to what he has done. LE is stalking him. I think it's possible they have detected him with thermal imaging at night and they just don't share that with us. MOO but this is a big cat and mouse game.

Moab, UT police are investigating how the DV / 911 call response was handled. Did we know this? CNN was reporting on it a few minutes ago. Perhaps a silver lining here that the police force in that area is getting updated domestic violence response training.

Wow, interesting. While it's hard to know if the outcome could have been changed for poor Gabby if a different action had been taken, I do hope they see it as a learning opportunity and do more rigorous training on how to assess and respond to domestic violence situations.

I dont think he ever made it to the preserve. Do we know that he did? IMO, the parents deposited him somewhere on that "camping" trip. IMO

I agree. You don't park your car at the entrance of a fairly small preserve and then hide there if you are try to evade authorities. Carlton Reserve is 25,000 acres. That's 39 sq miles - or roughly 5 miles x 8 miles. When dry, you can hike that end to end in less than a day. It's not big enough for a person to "disappear". IMO that was a clever ruse.

Hopefully, the FBI is using video cam recordings to backtrack the movement of that camper. Locate where the camper went and they'll find BL.
