Probably not going to be the most liked post but JMO! I let my husband watch the police cam he’s like all they had to go off of was her saying she scratched him, he said idk how I would deal with the situation until your faced with it, I’m sure these cops feel terrible now but they had no way of knowing what was going to happen. Also the female officer had a heart to heart with Gabby!

They had a 911 call, the first information they received, from an eye witness saying that BL was slapping and hitting her. They ignored that 911 call, or didn't hear about it. No excuse.

I hear ya on the suicide element but imo, there's a big difference.... Gabby's been found - Jennifer has not. #JusticeForJennifer

And still those that helped in her killing / cover up have not been brought to trial - I hope we don’t have to wait that long for this alleged killer and anyone who helped him along the way

Emptying out the storage unit really bothers me. Who planned that and why? For some reason I’m getting a feeling that BL family might not of been that fond of Gabby. I would of been hysterical if she was my future daughter in law that lived with me for 2 years. But the L family just rode bikes, didn’t answer calls and acted like normal.Really cold hearted IMOO

Honestly, I don’t know anyone who would have reacted the way the Laundrie family did when Gabby turned up missing.

I am interested in knowing why GP’s mom and step-dad say they can’t talk about the “no service” text in the 48 Hours episode. I wonder whether they might have already learned GP’s approximate time of death and would therefore have certainty that GP did not write that text. It would seem compassionate for the ME to share some details privately with them. It might also explain the arrest warrant wording. Hmmm…

Just look for the eyes. You can't miss them. Very droopy and distinctive. The prominent nose as well, but the eyes....

She wasn’t gone at that point according to the eye witness reports that saw her on the 26th and 27th. I don’t think his flight home was to cover up her murder.

Down the road if we have a trial, as far as a defense, what about the different legal types of homocide? The one I'm concerned about, but hasn't been mentioned is Temporary Insanity or Insanity. The instance in Moab just lays the basis for that defense.
Homicide is when one human being causes the death of another. Not all homicide is murder, as some killings are manslaughter, and some are lawful, such as when justified by an affirmative defense, like insanity or self-defense. criminal law.

Oh I'm sure the defense will try myriad approaches, including blaming it on her. That's why I am one person who roots for the alligators. What else can we learn from a long drawn out trial, except we know it will be blamed on her. IMO he will never tell the truth.

I’m taking everything the neighbors say with a grain of salt (ex. bike rides and camping). I had a neighbor of mine murdered by her husband many years ago and remember seeing how our other neighbors acted on the news, exaggerating and lying just to be part of the media action. JMO

Yes! I'm taking a lot of the sightings (except for the Bethune video) with a grain of salt for this very reason. Especially the TikTokers who typically are looking for a following. Also, I know this is an unpopular opinion, but until I see receipts or some kind of paper trail, I'm not buying the Merry Piglet restaurant story. It doesn't jibe. at all. None of it fits, from the fact that he was a vegetarian to him being sighted the 26th parking at spread creek and the van sitting there looking abandoned for days, but they drove an hour out to eat at a place that has the epitome of commercialism in its name (he wouldn't even take bottled water from a cop in the dead heat). Not buying it until I see proof.

Most people learn impulse control and the rule to keep their hands to themselves when they are in kindergarten. I doubt his behavior was a sudden manifestation. I have to wonder how long he's been physically lashing out, or if it seemed normal to him. You have to wonder.

I believe this journey they were on consumed them! It’s possible Brian wanted to go home. When the blog became more important than enjoying themselves the tensions mounted. I do think they were low on money! This is just heartbreaking!

This is from a transcript of the bodycam footage, at the hotel where the officer takes BL. It's so heartbreaking to know that in about two weeks BL would cause Gabby's life to end.

With all the anger out there and money being offered, if I were Brian's parents I'd be wanting him to turn himself in. People are out there with pitchforks and I'd be more concerned that someone will hurt him than that he will hurt himself. I could also see some group of old men with guns looking to make a few bucks, finding him and unintentionally causing him harm in trying to take him in. Brian's more at risk from the "bounty hunters" than he is from alligators in a swamp. But maybe that would be poetic justice.

All of it orchestrated by his lawyer and family. The grand plan that could horribly backfire. Once you get the karmic fireball rolling, you never know the damage its going to wreak before it decides to return home.
