what the eff is that all about. The defense lady is naming every single one of his relatives, and their addresses, and the day they dies. What is that all about?

What do they have to do with this case in any way?

WHY is the defense naming all of his relatives and their addresses?

I'm putting on my FCA and JA trial glasses to see that someone might be wanting to embellish just to destroy other folks possibly.

Because, that's just what sociopaths do iykwim... and their defense attys

Respectfully, I disagree with you. IMO, she is deliberately using being female for the benefit of her cross examination. She is making him want to "help" her figure out everything. She, acting a bit confused, is moving him to help her understand. She knows that if she comes in like a pit bull, he will balk at helping her pull any information from him. He would immediately go into "fight" mode.
I'm a woman who was in a management position working with men. There are ways to get them to partner with you in order to negotiate agreements and resolve disputes.

Interesting. I'm really not sure but you make interesting points here. I think I'm just mind-numbed out by this part and can't wait to see where this defense attorney is leading up to. It's taking a ridiculous amount of time. I will be impressed then, if, as you say, she is able to drive home something in the end that truly drives a hole in Autry's story.

Because all is see is Autry looking the best he looks all day. Somehow his personality is glowing. Can't believe I just said that because he is despicable, but that is how good he is showing himself to be. And I blame that defense attorney for humanizing him which doesn't typically play well for the defense.

It felt like he mocked her about it too....I am shocked how I have shifted my view on JA since this morning. This morning his voice creeped me out. Now I find it matter of fact, emotionless. I find him deplorable, but honest. Its the strangest thing.

And I think she is trying to confuse him, regardless of what she says.

Fell asleep while watching a movie. I believe that is what KB said may have happened and was why he didn't hear anything. Until the dog barked and wouldn't shut up.

I wonder how close brother and sister were. Seems like it was a very close loving family but one never knows what goes on behind closed doors. They've even written songs about it.

I think of what my brother would have done in this situation. He and I were not close. I am not sure he would have put himself in harm's way to help me in my time of need but I am sure he would have told LE everything he knew after the fact. But as I said, my sibs and I were not close.

I would agree with that if she hadn't sounded confused almost every time she's cross-examined anyone. Not to mention her opening statement. IMO
