Wondering why would they keep the underwear if her DNA wasn't on it - has nothing to actually do with the case??

:dunno:

I think they have to because there might have ben other DNA on it, which may be explained later while case was still unsolved.

Oops Emi left - might as well get started UndiscoveredTruth!! :eek:nline:

wait - Agent Booth!!! Bones?? :D

It really wasn't a good idea for her to lie about this. Or anything. It's a fact that would be discovered and make folks question everything.

However, I don't think anyone can judge the level of terrified this woman must have had and the pressure she felt to do everything she could As a mother, I cannot even imagine it.

Surely, the jury will have sympathy on this minor indiscretion. My heart breaks for her. So many prayers lifted for this family.

I understand why she lied but it showed them that she would lie to help or save her child. So when they were looking at Clint, I'm sure that wasn't lost on them.

They found one on her car, I believe where she was kidnapped.

The palm print could have come from anyone and be totally benign. Iirc they said her car was dusty so if someone at school or anywhere else she had gone before she parked the car at home walked by they could have put their palm on her car. I dont think it will turnout to be connected. Just an artifact. I even touch cars sometimes if they park too close to me when I am trying to get into my own car.

I truly hope I don't offend anyone but honestly I am so sick, and tired of others trying to make something else out of this other than the terrible tragedy it already is. Nothing is off, imo. It is another sad case we have seen way too often where a vile human being came hunting for his intended prey, and found her, kidnapped her, raped her, and killed her along with others in his midst. :(

Is this Nick Conte? From day one he has been in the back pocket of the defense and only telling their one sided biased view. This man (NC) knows absolutely nothing about how criminal murder trials work. He had the audacity to say the state case is weak because one of the co-defendants was testifying for the state when anyone knows it is always a gold mine for any prosecutor who can get a participant to testify for THEM against one of the defendant. It is certainly obvious there is nothing weak about the state's case and is getting stronger with each witness.

They had a neighbor calling Holly's mom saying he heard screams coming from the back of his property. He even thought it was Holly concerning him so much he drove up in their driveway to see if he could see or hear anything.

The TBI agent testified today that they had a report that a young woman had been DRAGGED into the woods by a man dressed in camo and no Holly anywhere to be found. Hunters dont drag young women into the woods when they go hunting. What more did they need to know that something bad had happened to Holly? They had a blood pool in the carport and no Holly around even though her vehicle was still there.

In most cases families are bashed for not calling the authorities sooner but now the Bobos are bashed for calling right away. There is simply no way to win for the Bobo family against the naysayers. By having so many there quickly looking for Holly it shows how many deeply care and love the Bobo family including Holly. I have seen many cases of missing people where the top state investigators arrived on the scene within a very short time to assist in the search. I see nothing sinister about everyone showing up to help in record time. I wish every case could have that many participating shortly after the disappearance of a loved one. It shows a community coming together quickly when needed. The TBI agents could have already been in the general area or in a town close by working on another case.

I truly wish reporters/naysayers wouldn't try to insinuate something is wrong implying the Bobo family is not telling the truth. Imo, it is like re-victimizing them all over again when they all have been through hell on earth by losing Holly the way they have. God be with them all. It has to be hurtful for them imo.

Sorry for the venting but I just had to get this off my chest. I think it is so unfair to the entire Bobo family.

IMO

Yes, I am so tired of people calling in to Channel 5 saying "I've always thought what Clint did was odd." It's one thing to say "this is what I would have done" it's another to actually do that. When things are happening fast and are confusing you have no idea what you would actually do. :cow:

I was out picking up the kiddo and missed this part. They found a print on her car?

Very good point here. Yes, it made them question everything.

that comment above by Chris Conte on what happened during juror break makes me wonder...I doubt he makes stuff up...so anyone know what is going on in that area? Are there many that want ZA off free?
