It is unclear if any family members or friends of Bianca Rudolph will confront the dentist during the hearing.

The couple's two adult children, Julian and AnaBianca Rudolph, have so far opted not to to speak much publicly about the death, although AnaBianca testified against Miliron at her sentencing. They are fighting for some of the financial penalties the government wants their father to pay, asking the court to treat them, not the insurance companies, as the victims of the insurance fraud. In a court filing, they say they have “suffered considerable financial harm” and are entitled to restitution.

Wow. People are just beyond.

Sorry I’m tired today. So he basically agreed with the prosecution, right, and imposed the fines despite the letter from the children?

No, Judge Martinez did not agree with the prosecutor's recommendation of $10M -- he went even higher and imposed more than $15M!

Judge said it was the letter from the adult son who did not attend sentencing (and neither did the daughter) that caused him to go beyond the prosecutor's recommendation when the son wrote to suggest how a $10M penalty would punish him and his sister.

This from the two adult children who never spoke up for their murdered mother obviously infuriated the Judge!

“The adult children are not being punished, nor are they entitled to unjust enrichment from their father's criminal scheme,” prosecutors said.

Ok, got it. I was confused with the different fines.
Good for him!! What entitlement! Their father essentially stole that money. Not to mention murdered their mother in cold blood!
I hope they don’t get a dime and have to work for their bread and butter like most of the rest of the world.

When calling for $10M fine, the prosecutor said they wanted to be sure LR didn't have hoards of money remaining to file frivolous lawsuits or seek retaliation from behind bars -- they didn't mention the kids until after the letter was received from the son saying a $10M fine would punish him and his sister!

After the letter -- the prosecution said that's not punishment and you're not entitled to unjust enrichment from your dad's criminal scheme.

This love of $$$ seems to have also touched his offspring. Disgusting.

The apples did not fall far from the tree in this case

Speaking out for the first time, the son of a wealthy Pennsylvania dentist who murdered his own wife on an African vacation -- and then tried to cover it up -- says he didn't believe his father, Larry Rudolph, could do such a thing until he saw "horrifying" photos from the scene and heard soul-crushing testimony at trial last year.
