ZG Hires Attorney - Lawsuit Against Casey Anthony

Chilly, raw video is aptly named -- raw. Can you imagine what a movie would look like if it weren't edited? There are very few among us who can complete a single sentence without at least a couple of ums, and pauses and the like.

On the interview I saw, and granted, it was my corrected vision eyes looking, not anyone else's, but he did not hem and haw. He ticked 'em off:
She lost her job; the apartment complex where she lived asked her to move; she doesn't want to be seen; she doesn't want to be known; she doesn't deserve this. Edited? Maybe. If so, only for the ability to fit into the time allotment.

That's not at all what happened. Morgan was asked specifically if ZG was employed at the time of Caylee's disappearance. He tried two or three times to avoid answering the question, but the interviewer persisted and he finally admitted that ZG was 'between jobs' at the time.

I looked back through this thread and can't find the link to the raw video. I know it's there - can someone help me out please?

So if (hypothetically!!) Chilly Willy looks you up on myspace right now, got all the information on you available, called police and reported YOU as the kidnapper of a child when you'd never seen Chilly Willy in your life, and YOU go to your door to be interrogated by police, camera crews swarm you and your family, you lose your job and house over it, all because some crazy loon picks you at random and says you committed a crime.. you wouldn't sue?

And let's say you're cleared! Chilly Willy says, "Nah, Linda7NJ isn't the person, even though she has the same car, kids, hairstyle, and visited the same apt my kid was last seen at (with documented proof she was there)!" Media still hounds you for your story. People don't believe it because now Chilly Willy says, "Not THAT Linda7NJ, but another one with the same kids, car and hairstyle in the same geographic location, and that's my story and I'm sticking to it!" If people were genuinely sending you death threats because of that, you don't think you'd have any right to sue?

I think it can be found on either WESH web site or the Channel 9 web site - which is WFTV. I saw it earlier today - check in their video section. I don't know if it's listed on the WS media link.

But again, you've made a point for me. KC did not identify her as 'the nanny'. Regardless, KC had Z's name, the make, model and color of her car, her kids' names. I hold fast to my belief that there's no way on earth, if every ZFG or ZG, for that matter, were lined up and paraded in front of her, that she would identify a one. How could she? That would completely disprove, once and for all, the 'the babysitter took her' theory. Or the babysitter and her sister took her in the park. Both of those theories were explicitly tied to Z.

I've also heard the class action Z lawsuit mentioned. I would think that each of every Z, who had the police show up at their door, how have children with the same names, and drive the same make, model and color of car should, absolutely, without a doubt, contact JM and ask to be added as a plaintiff. If all those criteria don't match, sorry, nope.

And you're hearing it first here. Well, maybe. I doubt this case will go forward without additional defendants being added. And I doubt this is the only defamation suit that will be filed.

If this were me, I'd be suing the second I got out of my hospital bed from recovering from my injuries from the bus that ran over me when I got thrown under it.

She was unemployed and I would bet my last dollar she didn't lose her apartment because of this. she was well on her way to being evicted for not paying her rent.

But you aren't unemployed I'm assuming, right? And regardless if you're guilty or not, most companies have a clause in your hiring documents that's called "willful employment".. they can terminate you at any time for any reason other than race/gender/etc.. an employer could terminate you at the drop of a hat whether you're guilty or not.

So if YOU lost your job (regardless if Zenaida has one or not), if you got death threats, if the media camped out on your lawn because they thought you were guilty, if everyone around you still had a shadow of doubt that you were guilty because Casey's story is still the one she's sticking to, you wouldn't sue?

Best I can remember, the link was to one of the local tv stations. Sorry, that's all I've got.

And what I'm talking about is the interview on CNN this afternoon. It was JM, Marva (from CNN) and some other guide. What I'm commenting on has nothing to do with the raw video. I tried last night to get that loaded up and never could.

I wonder why ZG said she was fired as a result of this case when her attorney says she was between jobs? Seems like that would be a big topic of discussion between them, in case there was cause to sue the employer :waitasec:

You realize how easy it was for complete strangers to find Zenaida's myspace, right? And some people even found a way to connect it back to Casey.. my guess is that since she knew she was going to use her as an alibi, she either did research online or knew of Zenaida already.

Strange how Lee hadn't heard the name Zenaida before law enforcement questioned her, isn't it?

ZG & her lawyer on the news ???.....wow can't wait to see how she looks now that she's 25 !!!

Follow me here for a minute if you will .

KC tells LE she took Caylee to the stairs of ZG's apt at Sawgrass , she gives the apt # and claims this is the last place she saw Caylee 31 days before .

LE goes to the apt at Sawgrass no answer , they go to the office to verify that a ZG lives at this apt. complex . After running it through the office they find that No ZG lives at Sawgrass nor has she ever lived at Sawgrass. They ran ZG in their computer or records and found the guest card ZG filled out while there looking at an apt. on June 17th .

The guest card has ZG childrens names on it . I can't recall off hand if it also listed the car but it did have her cell number . LE contacted ZFG , the ONLY ZFG connected in anyway to Sawgrass .

KC gave a discription of ZFG to LE , in that discription about 98 % of it was true . The only thing I picked out that didn't apply was the age and tattoos , everything else matched . Much of this was found on ZFG's MySpace page . It's quite possible that KC was going through MySpace saw ZFG's page and remembered seeing her at Sawgrass looking at an apartment. I'm just guessing!

Giving what we all now know about KC , it is safe to say she changed these 2 details because she wouldn't want LE to find this ZFG that would blow the whole story .

When they showed her the pictures of this ZFG she said this wasn't her , that way she could keep with the story knowing full well LE would never find Her imaginary nanny .

Seeker, I so agree, especially when you factor in the addition of the fact, from your hypothetical, that Z did nothing wrong! :clap::clap:

ETA: Wait! I re-read my post as it was posting, and too late to get it back! I did NOT mean hypothetically Z did nothing wrong. I really meant the person in Seeker's hypothetical did nothing wrong. Z unequivocally did nothing wrong, except draw breath, if you want to hold that against her, too, and have her name thrown around that someone who's lost her child!
