That was one that came to light after Emmanuel was murdered and the way the sheriff worded it was odd. Sounded like he was trying to come up with another word or "fix" his sentence. To the effect it "was a call for service generated by Jake." I did not personally take that to mean Jake called...

Sadly he did much more thank shake his then 10-week old daughter. And IMO, from the handful of photos we have seen of Emmanuel, seems clear he was literally abused to death.

Based on her maiden name, I am guessing her father is/was English first language. Mom has heavy Mexican(?) accent. Without knowing anything about her childhood?? Who knows. But I do not detect any accent in her myself. My opinions only!

Bad me failed to include one very important "bullet point": DA wonderfully outraged at the judge who thought it was OK to just hand Jake a suspended prison sentence and expect him to not mess up. Cannot watch it a 4th time as I keep expecting Max Headroom to pop out.

replying to myself to clarify (or muddy the water). From the press conference, we can glean that Jake has most definitely not confessed to LE. Which is what counts.

Have to say I was surprised a so-called "influencer" was allowed into the press conference and I agree he might do well with a good long nap....away from this case.

Media is going to do what media is going to do and apparently Newsnation believes they have a credible source. For now we have what the officials at the press conference stated. I tend at this moment to not believe the "informant."

My takes from the press conference. Don't listen the the irresponsible social media crazies. Jake did NOT confess. I already did not believe that, given the sources. IMO the DA looks like the younger, more serious, younger brother of Matt Frewer.
